Flight Simulator Modeling Critique Thread

Okay, have at it.

Please tell me why Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 is not an accurate system to view planes in flight from different angles. Please give substantive reasons and if possible, specific examples. Calling FlightSim a video game is not a substantive critique.

Also, if anyone knows of a better system to model aircraft in flight, please let me know.

Calling it a video game isn't substantive? In that case, I played this game Rampage... and I had to punch out holes in at least 2/3 of a building before it would fall. This is clear evidence of a coverup, too, since the WTC had at most 1% of it's outsides punched in.

Can you explain how a rabbit cage and a cup of kerosene is a better simulation of tower collapse than the mathematical computer model developed by NIST?

Just asking questions...

As usual, the traitors who hate America have nothing useful to say. Flight simulators are tools used by the military. Unfortunately for the fools drooling over their loss of liberties, THE GOVERMENT IS LYING. Of course, they think patriotism means beliving everything "experts" tell them. Goverment is too good and precious to ever do anything bad to its own people. It's special and fuzzy! That's why the REAL founding fathers didn't want any checks or balances. It's amazing how stupid and gullible they are.

Maybe the brainiacs at NIST want to explain how the towers fell in 10 Seconds?

No?

Can't quite make the pancake fall that fast by itself?

Ooops!

NIST estimates the collapse times at around 12 seconds, you idiot.

Yes, they are the size of a house, weigh dozens of tons, are mounted on hydraulic pistons that rise and fall to simulate g-forces and cost thousands of dollars per hour to run.

They are used to train pilots, not model aircraft crashes. They are not contained on a handful of discs and are not publicly available.

Maybe the brainiacs at NIST want to explain how the towers fell in 10 Seconds?

As a matter of fact, they did. It's availabel to the public here:

http://wtc.nist.gov/

It's a rather difficult read and won't be easily understood by someone who thinks video games = real life. You should find a STRUCTURAL ENGINEER to interpret it for you.

Hey Spook, you know that Flight Sim is a MICRO$OFT product, don't you?

Do you really expect the same people who can't be bothered to debug thier operating systems until a year after they are relased to spend the time and money to make a product aimed at the home market that is at best a classroom aid for ground school accurate enough for forensic modelling?

It is made by Microsoft, and we all know Bill is a shill...so to answer your question, MS FS is not accurate because Bill had them design it to support the official story. All versions made after 2001 are made this way...ok I am just kidding, but I couldn't help myself.

the 9/11 commission stated that wtc2 collapsed in 10 seconds. NIST actually stated that wtc2 collapsed in 9 seconds.
i haven't found an official time for the wtc1 "collapse".

sword, what are you high?

they are on what, the 3rd different version/explanation now?
if you actually knew what you were talking about you would be able to explain the wtc "collapses" in your own words.

9 seconds til when the 1st debris hit? fine. here is a photo of wtc2 more than 5/8 way thru it's 'collapse': photo wtc2
we can see that the 'collapse' wave is right there neck and neck with the free-falling 1st debris. the 'collapse' is probably less than 1 second behind the free-falling 1st debris which leaves us with the 9/11 commission's stated 'collapse' time of 10 seconds.

I just saw a commercial for MS FS X. It looks even more real and life-like than IX. I can't wait for Spooked to redo all his experiments to incorporate the new screenshots.

I'm giddy with excitment.

In other news, the Popsicle brand has announced its move to a stronger, more durable popsicle stick.

Perhaps a new mock-up of the towers is in order?

I wonder how much time Chad spends masturbating with Sword of Truth over his Foley Photo Collage and thinking of all those dead New Yorkers on 9/11. Must be great to consider yourself part of such a powerful team. You must be so proud to stand up for murder and lies, and think of all that wonderful power!

Hey Chad, I heard the Pentagon has a brand new war planned in Iran, maybe you'll get drafted. Whee! Don't you want to serve, or are you a Pussy?

Sorry. I already know what you are.
