i don't believe for a moment that the dems will investigate anything - they have proven themselves to be enablers of the highest order.
Oh, I think the Dems would investigate Rumsfeld and the war on a superficial level-- but they will never get into 9/11 and it seems unlikely they will expose any serious crimes of the Bush administration. But I have to think Rumsfeld was a little worried about the new congress.
