OF COURSE THE ANTHRAX ATTACKS WERE PROPAGANDA MEANT TO LINK 9/11 TO IRAQ AND TO FOMENT PUBLIC OPINION FOR WAR AGAINST IRAQ.

One of my earliest posts on this site dealt with the idea that the anthrax attacks were an "inside job" to link 9/11 and Iraq.
Of course, one of the fishiest things about the anthrax attacks, to me, was that only the media and two key Democratic Senators were targeted. It's clear a major reason for the anthrax attacks was to intimidate people who might speak out against 9/11-- and force them to toe the official line. Something Greenwald and bloggers of his ilk seem to conveniently neglect.
At least Greenwald points us to this interesting anthrax investigation site, which appears to be a logical analysis of the anthrax attack story-- with the major flaw being that the author appears to buy the official 9/11 story.

Based on the name of its investigation, it seems the FBI knows that the source of the anthrax is domestic:

Perhaps I'm reading too much into the name?
The anthraxinvestigation site is very interesting. The author bends over backwards to find a benevolent purpose for the anthrax mailings -- to warn Americans of their vulnerability -- without considering the simple proposition that they were designed to terrorize the American people into supporting war on Iraq.
The author says:
"But the anthrax mailer was very likely acting out of self-preservation - out of fear that millions of Americans could die from a bioweapons attack and he could be one of them!"
and
"The supplier of the anthrax probably obtained the anthrax well before Sept. 11 - before he was let go from his job with some military bioweapons lab - and he kept it around as evidence of how easily it can be obtained. It proves his case that anthrax can be obtained easily. He did it."

The author also gives interesting profiles of the supplier and the mailer. This is a plausible, but the facts that Democrats were targeted and that the government used the anthrax attacks to support war on Iraq tells me that the purpose was terrorism, not warning.
I agree with your assessment Ningen. I suspect there is more to the anthraxinvestigation.com site than appears at face value.
And the legislators targeted were the ones threatening to oppose the regime's fascist enabling legislation: the "Patriot" act.

(RTTNews) - Family lawyers of those killed in the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in September 2001, alleged in court documents the New York city forced workers cleaning up the site to use shortcuts that may have caused human remains to be lost forever.
Affidavits from four people who participated in the recovery efforts at the Fresh Kills Refuse Site have been relied in part in the documents filed Friday in US District Court.
Among the plaintiffs who filed the case against the city in 2005 include World Trade Center Families for Proper Burial, a group of about 1,000 families who believe their relatives' remains are at Fresh Kills.

Professor David Ray Griffin is the nemesis of the official 9/11 conspiracy theory. In his latest book, Debunking 9/11 Debunking, Griffin destroys the credibility of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and Popular Mechanics reports, annihilates his critics, and proves himself to be a better scientist and engineer than the defenders of the official story.
Griffin’s book is 385 pages divided into four chapters and containing 1,209 footnotes. Without question, the book is the most thorough presentation and examination of all known facts about the 9/11 attacks. Griffin is a person who is sensitive to evidence, logic, and scientific reasoning.
