Boston Smoke Bomb
Despite the poor spelling, this video pretty much nails it. Skip to the 8:50 mark for the important part.
A smoke bomb was likely used to scare real people away, while actors get could into their scenes. The lady in red walking normally after the bomb, then seen at the bomb site with blood is pretty much total proof of fakery.

a cell phone caught nothing but blurs, then the owner suddenly focused on the woman in red? before anyone knew what was happening? my opinion, it's as fake as the 9/11 tapes. very easy to do after the facts are well known.
