ditto the above....c'mon spooked your drift into the left/right paradigm is beginning to sound odd... disasters are a cash cow for corps, average company's, and mom and pops alike...carpenters, plumbers, architects, welders, landscapers and on and on you name it. Whether or not disasters are best handled at a state or federal level may be worthy of debate but setting up a straw man for dems to bash repubs is silly. And i think we all know there's more going on with FEMA than disaster relief anyway...zing
yeah, I guess all the election stuff has made me drift into the left-right thing, but Mitt Romney really kind of freaked me out... but what's the deal with FEMA? I can't remember what the big conspiracy is-- I know they fucked up during Katrina but a lot of that was Bushco...
