Is this a thing?  A lot in the news now on drones because of this:

YES -- it's terrible, unconstitutional, insane, sickening, disgusting, nauseating, outrageous, inhumane, extralegal, etc.

It's also not much of a surprise.

It's been clear since, oh, about 2009, Obama sucks, he is a war criminal-- and so are all the senior government officials in charge of "national security".
