Tsarnaevs' uncle was married to the daughter of a top middle east CIA chief.
The whole thing already stunk, but clearly this family has intel connections, would explain why Tamerlan was recruited into a CIA-affiliated conference in Russia.
UPDATE: Now the Saudis are saying they warned the US about Tamerlan!
