29 Videos of the 2nd Hit

or at least 29 basic cuts.

Previously I said there were 28 videos, but I had missed one from Terrorize.dk, so I have now found 29.

In the near future, time permitting, I will put together an annotated, linked list of all the videos.

For now, what I have done is made a rough map of where the different videos were shot from:

(click for an enlargment; I apologize for the crudeness of the map, but as it was, this map took some time to make, and I wasn't willing to spend much more time on it for now. I think it serves its purpose anyway.)

The distances the videos were shot from and the direction of the shot are approximated. This is all simply to flesh out a general feel for the situation. The useful thing is how easy it is to obtain the direction of the shot from the orientation of the towers, since they were so large and were at a distinctive angle.

Of the 29, 5 appear to be shot from the air, probably helicopters. Most shots appear to be from unique angles, though some long shots could be wide angles of close-ups, such as the Japanese and WNYW shots I linked with an orange line (they are from the west). 15 of the shots are from on Manhattan, and 10-12 are from within a mile of the WTC.

I think the MOST STRIKING thing is how NOT ONE video was taken from the area where the plane flew over (New Jersey)-- NOTHING from Southwest of the towers. This is a densely populated area, and considering how many videos came from the east and southeast, it is very odd that nothing was taken from the southwest. This angle would have captured the plane approach the best, but also would have been the trickiest to animate-- as the plane would be getting smaller and smaller as it went towards the towers. As I have noted before, the videos of the second hit are all very short and tend not to show any change in the size of the plane.

Ironically, the one video that shows the plane getting smaller is the Ghostplane footage, which has its own weird issues.

Do you realize how silly this is? You annotate on your map "Possible Plane Path", yet lament that there were no videos taken from New Jersey. Was that the plane path or was it not?

And even if it was, go take a look at your "map" on Google Earth. The area the plane would have flown over in NJ was predominantly an industrial area with warehouses, container piers, automobile embarkation ports, oil refineries, etc. To equate the locations of the other videos to this area and compare is another one of your apple and potato comparisons.

The distance from lower Manhattan (specifically the WTC site) to that region of NJ was 4-6 miles - 4 miles to the industrial areas and 6 miles to the nearest "residential" area, if you want to call it that, the only region in that area that could even come close to your claim of being "densely populated". You probably wouldn't even be able to see the aircraft at that distance.

How many non-news people ended up with videos? How many of those people saw what was happening, were close enough to see the damage and said "I have to get my camcorder and tape this" and then captured the second impact? How many longshoremen or other workers over in NJ in that industrial area carry camcorders to work with them? Probably none. Even if some people in that residential part of NJ DID film the smoke coming out of the towers, they very likely did not get any sort of footage worth anything of an aircraft flying up the Upper Bay of the approaches to NYC, much less any impact footage.

But *nooooooo*....you have to come along with this "Ack! Animation of a plane getting smaller would be difficult from that area!"

funny how this 'pinch' has never uttered ONE CRITICAL WORD toward the US Gov't for THE WORST FAILURE IN NATION DEFENSE IN....HISTORY!!

NOT.....ONE

speaks VOLUMES...doesn't it?

yet...all he does nonstop is try to disparage and mock all those who actually posess an OPEN MIND, & want to get to the bottom of 9/11.

should be CRYSTAL CLEAR now to all who come here what his agenda really is....

the one that says "LIVE SHOT" from the west end of that bridge is a depiction of an Airbus A310 not a Boeing 767, at least according to the the GHOSTGUN UA175 guy - and it's interesting to note that no matter how many videos of the plane's approach keep coming out of the woodwork, there are still only what? 3 videos of the actual impact? and they all show the weird flash and "vanishing thru the side" effect. as does the flight11 impact as well. if I'm wrong spooked, please correct me. -
it also kind of sucks that certain other people would rather ignore all the weird anomalies altogether, and even go so far as to ridicule the very thought of not ignoring them. what's up with that?

hmmm, what if some inquisitive soul were to actually take a video camera to a location where big planes are flying overhead on a regular basis and capture some of these planes on video to see if they look like cartoons or shadows? I wonder what planes other than flight175 might look like? hmmm.

did you know that when those big planes are way up there they only pressurize the cabins to the equivalent pressure of 8k ft because sea level pressure puts too much strain on the plane's fragile skin.

Pinch--
rather a lengthy reply for something you seem to find so ridiculous.

I will grant you however, that the area the putative plane directly flew over in NJ was an industrial area where not too many people with video cameras would have views of the WTC.

However, Hoboken and Jersey City both are true residential areas that had great views of the WTC, and were actually closer to the WTC than Brooklyn-- yet FAR more videos were shot from the east of the towers than the west (about 20 from the east vs 4 to the west). And two of these videos from the west were suspicious helicopter live shots. A third from the west was quite far off and only shows a blur for the plane. The fourth from the west is incredibly poor quality. So I just think that is a little odd.

"So I just think that is a little odd." is a statement I can live with. It reflects concerns about the lack of video from the west without running up some huge conspiracy theory.

I'm pretty sure you didn't mean for that statement to be so "mainstream" and I am certain you aren't mellowing in your Bush Derangement Syndrome, but I can handle that comment.
