Is This Guy Creepy-Looking Or What?

General Michael Hayden:

Even creepier, the guy doesn't even know what the 4th amendment says, which is the key amendement in cases of government spying on citizens. The "reasonableness" standard Hayden claims is particularly worrying, since "reasonable" is extremely ambiguous and open to abuse (and his agency clearly abused their powers by illegally spying on American citizens-- under the auspices of Bush).

Well Rob is an idiot and a fool, but I repeat myself.

Assuming he is a live person (and the jury is still out on that), he's listening to too many whack-job lefty dolts and is simply parroting what they say, like a good little voice-repetition program. And what they say displays a total and complete ignorance of thsi whole kerfuffle.

Hayden's comments on the Fouth Amendment were exactly right. If you read the thing, the "probable cause" verbiage that has all the left's knuickers in a twist applies to the "issuing of warrants". It is not a blanket criteria to be applied to everything that is mentioned in the amendment.

For folks like me, the "reasonable" requirement is an adequate safeguard that is being used. For folks like you, "reasonable" is another buzz word to keep Chimpy McHitler's boot on the throat of your allies, the terrorist organizations that would cut your head off just as quickly as they would mine.

After all, bin Laden doesn't exist, and if he does he's on the CIA payroll, and Moussaoui is just a patsy in a larger black-op program.

Strange bedfellows you align yourself with.
