Criminal Politics-- Why the Democratic Convention Is Ultimately a Sick Joke
1) 9/11 and the Anthrax attacks were an inside job and ALL the perpetrators and enablers need to be prosecuted
2) The Bush administration is a group of war criminals-- for starting an aggressive, unprovoked war that resulted in the deaths hundreds of thousands of human beings, and for promoting the use of torture by the CIA and the military-- and need to be prosecuted
3) Our election systems cannot be trusted and extreme measures must be taken to restore the concept of democracy in the USA-- a start would be the elimination of paperless electronic voting
4) The Bush administration engaged in illegal spying and the surveillance/police state has grown out of control
5) The Democrats and the corporate mainstream media are completely complicit in the above issues and must be held accountable for their own crimes

Needless to say, all other politics is essentially fluff-- meaningless trivia-- until we can kill the cancer eating away at this country: the psychopathic warmongers. The only thing that is equal or more important than these four issues is understanding the deep origin of all these evils.
UPDATE: John Kerry's speech, which was largely ignored by the media, was relatively strong compared to the other speeches I saw (Hillary, Bill, Biden) in condemning the Bush administration (Kucinich was decent in this regard). Importantly, Kerry spoke out strongly against torture:
This isn't nearly enough, of course-- but it is a very small start. How interesting that the media almost completely ignore the speech that mentions the illegal torture by the Bush regime (apparently several of the major networks didn't show it). Just goes to show how the media are just as much of criminals as the worst people in the Bush regime. I couldn't agree more with the article quoted above in also holding the media criminally responsible.
But clearly, the complicity of the Democrats shows in their ultimate inability to even verbally condemn the Bush administration for their many crimes-- much less pursue justice against Bush and his administration!!!
I now see Glenn Greenwald has similar thoughts as me, but of course neglects the important point that 9/11 was an inside job.
UPDATE 2: God's Gitmo. I love it.

An excellent related article-- "Indict All of The George W Bush US Government Officials-- Impeachment Not Enough for September 11 World Trade Center Attacks":
As a US citizen and as a human being, I personally consider the killing of innocent people in foreign countries by the CIA, the US military, and their puppets in support of the economic interests of multinational US-based corporations to be totally immoral and intolerable, and I consider it my solemn duty to oppose US aggression and Imperialism in any way that I can. US government and Mass Media propaganda promote a climate in which the actions and activities of US troops abroad are regarded as beyond reproach, but there is nothing noble or 'heroic' about unprovoked military aggression and genocide against vulnerable and innocent foreign populations.
George W. Bush, George H. Bush, Jeb, Neil, and Marvin Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Condaleezza Rice, Karl Rove, Wolfowitz, Perle, Powell, Armitage, Ashcroft, Abrams, Adelman, Feith, Bolton, Libby, Kissinger, Mueller, Tenet, Goss, Giuliani, Hayden, Chertoff, Baker, and many hundreds of other individuals working for the White House, CIA, FBI, FEMA, the Pentagon, NSA, NORAD, the airline industry, and the US news media together planned and executed the 9/11 attacks. All of the above-named and their accomplices need to be tried for Treason and Mass Murder, with the death penalty as the just and very necessary reward for their conviction of those crimes.
We need a Nuremberg-style trial for Treason and Mass Murder for all of the members of the US government, the US military, the US intelligence agencies, and their civilian accomplices in the airline industry and the news media who participated in the murderous crimes of 9/11. The death penalty should be applied to all of the principals and their accomplices, even if that means executing several hundred or even several thousand people, because crimes of this magnitude against the American people and the US Republic cannot go unpunished, and the punishment must be extreme to send a message that the American people will not tolerate such Treason -- not now or in the future. If allowed to remain unpunished and at liberty, these individuals represent a grave threat to the safety and security of all Americans. If convicted of the heinous crimes of 9/11, the death penalty is the only way to ensure that they or their allies will not somehow manage to attack America and Americans again. The executions should be performed in public and be internationally televized for the entire world to witness.
I do realize that there are some very worthy reasons to oppose capital punishment in many situations. However, it is also quite apparent to me that any show of clemency that might be given to the US government perpetrators of the 9/11 attacks leaves open the possibility that they and their sympathizers could revive their subversion of American democracy and their violence toward peace-loving Americans. That is why I advocate a policy of capital punishment without any consideration of mercy, plea-bargaining, or probation for the US government perpetrators of the 9/11 attacks and their allies.
No one in or out of the US government should be exempt from prosecution and capital punishment for the Treasonous attacks of 9/11. The planners and participants in the 9/11 attacks within the US government and their accomplices must not be allowed to protect themselves behind the specious excuse of "National Security." The true security and survival of our Republic depends entirely on this.
Needless to say, all other politics is essentially fluff-- meaningless trivia-- until we can kill the cancer eating away at this country: the psychopathic warmongers. The only thing that is equal or more important than these four issues is understanding the deep origin of all these evils.

The FBI polygraphers will clean-up this mess.
google: Marion, Florence or Leavenworth
David Howard--
why on earth do you have such faith in the FBI?
That makes no sense.
Trust no one in the FBI, except the FBI polygraphers.
If you're looking for reasons to "drop out", you've listed enough for most people.
If you're looking for reasons to justify having already dropped out, you've listed enough for most people.
Change always comes slowly, by degrees, in a democracy. Be patient,
help educate people politically (which you are already doing very well), and VOTE.
Since you have the means to spend as much time as you do on the Net, it's unlikely that you need ever fear the F.B.I.
the anthrax letters - democrats were targeted and they are so stupid that they are not even outraged.
talk about enablers!
they are what's really wrong with america today.
---------
unless the FBI polygraphers polygraph the entire FBI and publish the results, i wouldn't trust them either.
9:25 AM-- I don't know what you mean by "drop out". From the Democratic party, or politics, or what?
I also do not understand your statement about the FBI. Please explain.
9/11 "truth" activists, ha ha! their stupid parade didn't go anywhere near the delegation.
Anarchy doesn't mean "without order." It means "without leaders."
