This is an indication of what some Conspiracy Experts, (Skolnick, Anonymous Physicist) have proclaimed-- that American Intel agencies are (and always have been) controlled by London's MI6.

It seems to be a rule that anyone
who has a serious chance of becoming
President must have earned their
bones...in an acceptable manner.
Whether it's legitimate work that
directly or indirectly benefited
the military/security industries,
or otherwise having done something
that proves a willingness to act
in a calculated and cold-blooded
manner.
