I have not read this book by Michael Tellinger but it sounds very similar to what Anonymous Physicist has written about our "cosmic criminal creators"-- "The question of who we are and where we come from takes on a new meaning as we discover that our DNA may have been manipulated by our Creator some 200,000 years ago to produce a less intelligent 'primitive species'."

I don't think so.
As all these authors have some version of the usual religious or philosophical BS, and not the Quarantine escape and all the other matters I cited or deciphered.

I didn't mean to imply that this book laid out the full story as you have proposed in your work. Rather just that their work supported one part of what you've written.
I realized that.
Nonetheless my point is that the "meat" of these books is misinfo or disinfo--as they point to bogus U.T.s

He says he has verified Sitchin's translations of ancient Sumerian tablets.
Definitely fits with APs UTs, though I'm not sure if Tellinger gets to the ultimate UT.
