The campaign by the media and the intelligence services to "discredit" Trump is in fact designed to lend him the illusion of legitimacy.
All one needs to do is briefly review Trump's cabinet and personal staff and they'll find the "deep state" - or at least powerful elements within it - are standing with him. Does anyone seriously think his militarist budget is a "threat" to the permanent establishment?
