Fetzer Gets Nailed for His Sandy Hook Claims
I used to like old Fetzer, but he seemed to become less liberal and more of a crazed conservative over the years, and I think he really went around the bend when it came to Sandy Hook. That's when I stopped listening to his show anyway.
Now:
Now:
Wisconsin jury awards $450,000 in Sandy Hook defamation case
A jury in Wisconsin has awarded $450,000 to the father of a boy killed in the 2012 Sandy Hook school shooting after he filed a defamation lawsuit against conspiracy theorist writers who claimed the massacre never happened. A Dane County jury on Tuesday decided the amount James Fetzer must pay Leonard Pozner, whose 6-year-old son Noah was among the 26 victims at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, on Dec. 14, 2012.
Fetzer, a retired University of Minnesota Duluth professor now living in Wisconsin, and Mike Palacek co-wrote a book, "Nobody Died at Sandy Hook," in which they claimed the Sandy Hook shooting never took place but was instead an event staged by the federal government as part of an Obama administration effort to enact tighter gun restrictions. A judge earlier ruled Pozner was defamed by statements in the book that claimed he fabricated copies of his son's death certificate.
Others who lost relatives in the Newtown shooting have joined the fight lately after quietly enduring harassment and ridiculous assertions for years. Their efforts have turned the tables on the hoaxers. A defamation case by Sandy Hook parents against Alex Jones, host of the conspiracy-driven "Infowars" website, is pending.

bullshit.
the Pozner team was allowed to engage in shameless emotional manipulation of the jury. They even projected a huge adorable picture of Noah Pozner on the screen as the backdrop to the crucial back-to-back testimony of Lenny Pozner and Jim Fetzer. (Jim Fetzer, of course, was not allowed to use the big screen to project images that raise questions about the official story of Sandy Hook—images that can be found in Nobody Died at Sandy Hook, but which were, along with all other evidence supporting Fetzer’s truth defense, in essence banned from the courtroom.)
at no point during the two phases of the trial was Jim Fetzer ever allowed to present to a jury the evidence that led him to believe that Sandy Hook was an Operation Gladio style psy-op (which those who have read Daniel Ganser’s NATO’s Secret Armies know is entirely plausible) and that there was no actual school shooting (which does seem farfetched, but stranger things have happened). How could he present a truth defense without showing the evidence that led him to believe his allegedly libelous statements were in fact truthful?
""used to like old Fetzer, but he seemed to become less liberal and more of a crazed conservative over the years""
i think that when he was a 9/11 truther you were on his side but once he figured out that some of these anti-gun false-flag events were indeed false-flag events, you parted ways with him because it no longer suited your gun-grabbing ideology. prove me wrong.
The official (government) files - have you read them?

BOOK NINE FINAL REPORT pg147 of 482
"The shooter ... was wearing a pale green pocket vest over a black colored polo-style short sleeve shirt over a black t-shirt. ...He was wearing black cargo pocket pants, black socks, black sneakers, a black canvas belt and black fingerless gloves on each hand."
However, eyewitnesses described a suspect who did not fit this description:
pg85 of 117 (03082)
(Redacted child Witness): "(Redacted) explained that the bad guy shot her teacher and classmates. She further explained that the bad guy looked like an Army guy wearing what sounded like green fatigues."
pg86 of 117
(Redacted child Witness): "He seemed calm and quiet, but responded politely and articulately when asked questions. ... ...a man with a gun came into the classroom. (Redacted) described the man as tall and skinny with light skin and a light brown beard that was short. He stated that he was wearing a green army style hat with straps, a green shirt and camouflage pants."
pg87 of 117 (03072)
(Redacted child Witness): "(Redacted) said the shooter was dressed in "army clothes" and was firing a "bazooka". He thought the shooter had dark skin and a beard."
pg88 of 117 (03075)
(Redacted child Witness): "...he saw a white man with all green clothing a green hat, with black boots, walk into the classroom carrying a gun. ... He described the man as "being the age of dad" when asked how old the shooter looked. [Lanza was 20 and could have passed for 14.]
pg101 of 117 (03121)
(Redacted child Witness): "...a man walked in. He was wearing a brown or camo shirt, brown pants, a hat that was like a sombrero but smaller that was also brown. He goes on to state that the man had a bazooka that was black, brown or camo. He was also wearing sunglasses. ...
pg111 of 117 (03121)
(Redacted child Witness): "..described the shooter as a white guy with a heavy winter-like brown jacket, and a green shirt underneath the jacket. (Redacted) stated that he believed the man was wearing army green kind of pants, and described him as having dark hair, longer on the top than on the bottom, with no beard or mustache."

But I suppose evidence / facts do not matter to people who view everything through a partisan lens.
I don't really think these acts of terror are about gun legislation (nor "liberals / conservatives" as the blog owner seems to be suggesting).
It's about terrorizing society.

I don't believe there was no attack / shooting - that's a diversion from irrefutable evidence showing that others were involved.
Early on, the coverage was about other suspects being arrested at the scene, including a man described by the Newtown Bee as an "off duty tactical officer from another jurisdiction" who fled the rear of the school and was apprehended in the adjacent woods. The Newtown Bee and the Newtown PD now refuse to discuss this man, as if he never existed - unlikely given the very specific description (and helicopter footage of his being apprehended in the woods). They'd rather not have to form an explanation for why such an individual would have been at the school that day, and why he would have fled into the woods.
Suddenly, this angle shifted to "it never happened" with the CNP / JBS leaders (e.g. Alex Jones) leading the way.
I suspect it is in part designed to turn locals against the researchers. There's many people in Newtown who know something isn't right.
Adam Lanza's DNA was not found on the weapons nor on the steering wheel of the vehicle:

That's not "conspiracy theory". It's plainly stated (without explanation) in the State of Connecticut's files.
