maybe it wasn't about WOOD getting the message...perhaps it was meant to frighten engineering students across the country, who might perhaps be doing experiments to prove 9-11 was an inside job...perhaps V-Tech had a GROUP of people (engineering students?) working to prove 9-11 inside job...
OF COURSE! How silly of me. Perhaps there *are* students who are engaged in experiments - cornering the market on rabbit wire and concrete blocks, no doubt - who are *earnestly* looking for answers to these pressing questions. A crazed gunman killing 32 random people is the ideal way to get that point across - why waste one's time killing your *real* targets. Let's always dance around the edges of what we want to do. After all, we *are* a crazed, irrational, paranoid lunatic. And the killer was as well.
