Iraq is still a horrible bloody mess
Bush and Cheney and their henchmen are still evil and remain unpunished
and still no one has been prosecuted or even held to account for 9/11 being an inside job.

is spitzer had any balls, he'd indict and prosecute, but it looks like he's another corporate sell-out with a democratic face...could Nader be the man for the job? he's getting up there in age, perhaps one of his last great hoorahs could be a major S-11 lawsuit...
Bernie Sanders is in the Senate now, he'll easily be the most radical and progressive, maybe he'll spark something...
