Boy, that guy tends to ramble. A lot of what he's trying to say is difficult to comprehend, due to his limited English.
The list of operations he supposedly headed is ridiculous. There's no WAY anyone could have done all that, even the most brilliant terrorist mastermind. It's just a joke.

The idea that the statements of someone who, according to the OFFICIAL US STORY, got grabbed, tortured, and drugged by captors unknown is now being taken as anything other than propaganda by his captors is silly.
The guy is either an actor cooperating with his handlers, or he's just doing what anyone else who is tortured and drugged would do: trying to say whatever he thinks will keep him from getting tortured again.

It is Orwellian odd. Anouncing the KSM confession while simultaneously admitting or suggesting that it may have been coerced but expecting us to just believe it anyway. The torture is the limited hangout for the MSM to debate meanwhile the confession is written into the history books and established as fact.
One things for sure, they're off the hook with OBL now that they've got KSM to hang. They'll stage an execution and get back to building a new world order.
KSM is probably not even a real person, a total fiction, just a picture of a misc. arab male who died 15 years ago. An actor may eventually be hired but I suspect that we'll never see KSM in real life. No need for a trial, he confessed. We'll see a distant and fuzzy picture of a man strapped to a gurny with an I.V. in his arm at best.

See, KSM was only exaggerating his involvement in plots of terror to show how bad a dude he is, and in no WAY should we take this to mean that he wasn't involved in planning 9/11!
I'm still not sure how he faked all those 2nd hit videos, laced WTC1, 2 and 7 with explosives, and faked the Shanskville crash... and did whatever happened at the pentagon that involved a plane that never took off.
