And has a bunch of other oddities consistent with it not being natural.
Though some of the moon data officially came from the Apollo moon landing missions, my guess is that the data was obtained by unmanned probes (the Russians did this)-- or is fraudulent (for instance magnetized rocks when there is no magnetic field on the moon).
What IS very striking is that there is all this OFFICIAL moon weirdness that people don't understand.
SO-- why the HELL haven't we sent astronauts to the moon in the past 30 years to try to answer these questions????

Your question is valid. Since the moon is an artificial element placed there eons ago by a heretofor unknown race of alien life forms, the effect it has on the earth's circumsolar orbit is negligible.
With the indisputable fact that the moon is hollow, as well, adds to the body of evidence that it has insufficient mass to affect the earth in any way, shape or form. This can be seen by the fact proven by Griswald and Bourne (1975) that the earth's tidal movements in the seas and oceans are not caused by the moon, but rather by the superheating of seawater by undersea fissures and volcanoes. The seawater deep in the trenches where this occurs heats up and rises to the surface, displacing other water there, causing a rise in tidal levels on coastal harbors and shores. When this water cools, it seeks its natural level as cold, deep down-welling seawater, and the cycle repeats itself.
Question:
Assuming that the Apollo 11 moon landing is a hoax, why haven't the Russians ever pointed this out to the world at large?

I don't think anyone is claiming the moon is not "real" or that it is an illusion but rather that it is not NATURAL. Clearly if you do some reading on it, the moon appears to be a highly unnatural satellite.

Moon rocks? Its been proven they came from the from the central rift valley of Africa! Apollo spaceships launched and went into low earth orbit, which was as FAR as our puny technology could and still take us!
An alien race, many, many hundreds of years ago, much, much more intelligent than our own species, through advances in genetically-altered ocular biology, caused humans to develop with this permanent image of a moon in our skies via each of our personal visual system.
As such, every time we look up in the sky, we see *something* that is individually generated within our own mental psyches. We attribute this to being the "moon" in orbit around the sky, but the aforementioned alien race wanted us to *think* there was one so when they returned in the year 2056 (google Anipoid Race Returns To Earth) they can do so in a space vehicle of their own that *resembles* the moon so we will not be alarmed.

hmmm. i have noticed that on a night of a full moon there is enough light so that i can walk about without wacking my shins on the lawn furniture.
