8) drone attacks on suspected terrorists

9) Guantanamo Bay prison camp, loss of habeus corpus, wrongful imprisonment, military tribunals

10) outright use of torture on terror suspects

11) the Shoe Bomber, Jose Padilla

12) formation of the Department of Homeland Security

13) police-state-like spying on US citizens

14) color-coded terror scares

15) electoral theft in Ohio in 2004

16) Katrina disaster, the flooding of New Orleans

17) bursting of the housing bubble

18) massive stock market and Wall Street collapse of 2009 and the Great Recession

19) massive Budget deficits, accumulation of National Debt to over $10 trillion

7) continuation/escalation of Bush police state, spying, drone policies

8) the official killing of bin Laden

9) weird birth certificate

10) crotch bomber

11) BP oil spill

12) Hurricane Sandy
