As a rule such people are not credible. The 'lying' part gives it away. This is obvious if you're not a twoofer.
The information is out there if you're really wanted to know. At a guess you already do know why most non CTs know Lazo/Killtown is a creepy stalker. A simple Google search brings this up:

So my take on it? Neither Lazo or Ozzy are pedos but they someone acquired images from real pedos. Which could mean PRISON TIME. Why?
