What Happened to the Planes that Were Involved in the Live-Fly Hijacking Drill on 9/11?

Presumably these were drones of some sort, and given previous drills of this sort, they used surplus commercial jets as some of the targets.

So, I wonder, what types of planes exactly WERE they using in this live-hijacking drill, and what was the fate of the planes? Were they American Airlines or United Airlines Boeing jets by any chance? Were they ever shot down? Or did they crash somewhere?

This would be very interesting information to know that is highly relevant to the events of 9/11.
