What To Make Of This???

Sandy Berger really DID steal documents from the National Archives relating to Al Qaeda.

Now why on earth would he do that? I'm sure everything the government did with Al Qaeda was on the up-and-up, right? Especially everything the Clinton administration did-- they were like so totally on the ball going after Al Qaeda. What would Berger have to hide?
