Critical and Reasonable Questions About the Viriginia Tech Massacre That Haven't Been Addressed by the Media
If we accept the official story:
1) where and when did Cho learn to use a hand gun so incredibly efficiently?
2) what explains the lame and completely ineffective police response?
3) who took all those pictures and videos of Cho that were sent to NBC?
4) why didn't any students try to counter-attack? (#16 here says how Cho walked into a classroom and just walks up to students in the back of the class and shoots at them one by one-- it's ridiculous)
More shooting details here and here, but they don't address these key questions.

You are one dumb mofo.
1) Walk into a classroom with two handguns. You have upwards of 30 targets, sitting still, in shock. The professor approaches you. You kill him with one shot to the head. You start firing at the targets, most of them probably still in shock. Firing at a non-moving stationary targets rendered almost catatonic by fear or shock hardly requires "incredib[le] efficien[cy]". Further, WHERE ARE YOU GOING TO RUN in a classroom, Mr brilliance?
2) I am continually struck by your incredibly perceptive and prescient mind - how you know exactly what should have been done in any given situation. Most people would call that ignorant arrogance based on stupidity, though. As a "scientist", its a wonder you haven't cured cancer yet since you seem to know exactly what should be done - even in a case such as Va Tech, even thought nothing like that has ever happened before. The next time there is a killing somewhere, would you lock-down whatever complex/town/city/county/area where it occured? The authorities had no reason to think something like that was pending, and your complaints of "lame and completely ineffective police response" only highlights your ignorance.
3) Ever heard of a tripod and the self-timer button on a digital camera that also has a record capability? I guess not. Some "scientist" you are.
4) I suppose you would have snuck up on him - a killer with two handguns with all his targets and victims in front of him. How would you have counterattacked? Students have said they COULDN'T do anything because there were desks and tables between them and someone popping off round after round after round who was about 15 feet away. Bodies were everywhere. It's even funnier how you read one account, in this case the NY Times chronology, and base your idiotic and disgusting comments on a partial story. Regarding your comment on slide 16 of that Times chronology, you seem to think it was a classroom FULL of students. Liviu Librescu's classroom had 12 students in it. 8 of them managed to escape through the windows before Cho forced his way inside and killed Librescu. There were 4 students left who were not able to escape:
"Matt Webster, a 23-year-old engineering student from Smithfield, Va., was one of four students inside when the gunman appeared. "He was decked out like he was going to war," Webster recalled. "Black vest, extra ammunition clips, everything." Again, his look was blank, just a stare, no expression, as he started shooting. The first shot hit Librescu in the head, killing him. Webster ducked to the floor and tucked himself into a ball. He shut his eyes and listened as the gunman walked to the back of the classroom. Two other students were huddled by the wall. He shot a girl, and she cried out. Now the shooter was three feet away, pointing his gun right at Webster.
"I felt something hit my head, but I was still conscious," Webster recalled. The bullet had grazed his hairline, then ricocheted through his upper right arm. He played dead. "I lay there and let him think he had done his job. I wasn't moving at all, hoping he wouldn't come back." The gunman left the room as suddenly as he had come in.
When Webster opened his eyes, he saw blood everywhere. Some of it was his, though he didn't realize it until he saw blood pouring out the sleeve of his sweat shirt. The girl nearby was unable to speak, only moaning. Blood seeped from her mouth."
Tell us, of great Hero-Wanna-Be...how would you have saved the day? Funny how terror strikes many into helpless inactivity, but not YOU. It's a sign of a real coward who can't and won't acknowledge the realities of events, but we already know you don't acknowledge the realities of the real world.
Then again, perhaps the students were on the Bush payroll and were specifically told *not* to counterattack. We can't have any heroes ruining the BIG DISTRACTION.
You are one dumb, disgusting asshole.
"Critical and resaonable"?
You have *got* to be shitting me!
as terrible as the VT rampage was, it DOES distract from other ongoing issues.
for instance; you, @11:38AM have just posted an 8 paragraph comment on this topic yet have never once remarked intelligently on the obvious wtc high-energy destruction nor the CNN TV fakery that occurred on 9/11/01.
that there has been ongoing govt/media corruption & manipulation is well established. so either you are all for it or you just don't care.
Heaping more bullshit on your "questions". From an AP report on the autopsies:
"Cho was not especially accurate with his shots, Massello said, but hit many of the victims several times. His shots caused more than 100 wounds."
"...incredibly efficient." Yeah, your dumbshit factor is incredibly efficient.
Do you ever *think* before you post these things? or is it all emotion or dumbass driven??
(CBS/AP) NEW YORK An appeals court ruling could spell trouble for New Yorkers suing the Environmental Protection Agency and its former chief for saying that sooty Lower Manhattan air was safe to breathe after the Sept. 11 terror attacks.
A three judge panel of the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals declared this week that EPA Administrator Christine Todd Whitman and other agency officials can't be held constitutionally liable for making rosy declarations about air quality in the days following the World Trade Center's destruction.
The opinion, written by the court's chief judge, Dennis Jacobs, said opening EPA workers up to lawsuits for giving out bad information during a crisis could have a catastrophic side effect.
""opening EPA workers up to lawsuits for giving out bad information during a crisis could have a catastrophic side effect.""
ya. like exposing the fallacy of this *statement*:
""sooty Lower Manhattan air was safe to breathe after the Sept. 11 terror attacks.""
what soot? soot is what you get when there is a fire.
powdered concrete as fine as or finer than flour is what you get when a million tons of wtc are entirely poofed in only 10 seconds.
FUZZY MATH
how many shots did he fire to get 100 wounds?
Assume he was a shitty marksman, and only hit 20% of his targets, how did he get off so many damn shots-- 500?
Or was he incredibly accurate and it only took a little over 100 shots to make those 100 wounds?
When is the last time a madman with a handgun got off over 100 shots and killed 32 people? Shouldn't that raise some fucking suspicions?
amazing Dubai building photos
this is what $3.50/gal gasoline buys.
good thing for the saudis that we have an oilman prez who appointed his oilmen pals to his cabinet.
I can’t speak for anyone especially for a killer .I can only speak for myself. Let’s take five seconds….. Just five seconds to think against the grain. Maybe the news media is lying to us. Maybe, just maybe he wasn’t crazy but driven to an insane action by those who felt too comfortable. They could have acted however they wanted cause either daddy or the authorities would fly in to protect these arrogant, spoiled kids. …… Once again I don’t know any of these kids. And for the families I understand the grief, but is it possible you didn’t see your little angels inter act with this madman. Is it possible your children themselves pushed him to this action? Would he have taken a different road if little Johnny was a little more decent to little cho.
Why else did the media stop showing the tapes? Do you really believe they grew a conscience. They now know decency? I can’t say, but I know people are seeing SOME truth to what cho said. They speak it to me without prompting. That’s why they stop showing the tapes.
Then again maybe these kids were innocent and cho was a complete nut.
Personally I never met anyone dead or alive who is innocent. I know your three year old is innocent but your three year old knows when, where and how to lie. No?
Maybe cho realized these college children would have grown up to be truly a negative affect on the world at large.
Tell me how different the story would be if we could go back and kill Hitler when he was in college. Do you really believe the media would have patted our man on the back? No! he would be a monster.
I really don’t believe any of these kids were Hitler but what if cho wasn’t too far from the truth.
I don’t know anyone involved, and my point is not to pass judgment on anyone.
All I wish to say is I’m really getting tired of the media and every easily lead moron telling me how to look at things. People, have your opinions and someone will always disagree with whatever your saying.
Stop thinking the way they tell you to…………….. Form your own opinion and don’t have any fear to speak your mind……………..
Remember if you call me names cause you don’t agree with me then you know what started cho….. Maybe your apart of the problem not me
