Note how the outer wall units were made of three columns, and three spandrel plates. Three- three, 33.
There are more threes here too-- note the units are two full stories high and then have two half stories on each end-- so each unit is three stories high. Also note the three holes at each end and the three connection plates on the inside at each spandrel plate.

It's very common for things and events to occur in threes. All kinds of things.
The next time you're out for a walk and come to an intersection, there's a very good chance that you will encounter three cars.
I even have a book written years ago about how accidents and tragedies of one kind or another often happen in threes. Maybe not simultaneously, but fairly close in time.
There's no rational basis, in my opinion, for all of the claims about the so-called signals, symbols and/or other occult
significances that some people attribute to what is a very common
occurrence in our lives and in societies everywhere.
