The Evil Empire

I was watching the US-Canada Olympics Gold Medal Hockey game yesterday, and had a couple strange feelings. First, I am not much of a hockey fan but I thought the game was fun to watch. Second, the US team was wearing a dark blue jersey that really looked black from a distance-- and I had this funny feeling that the US is the bad guy here, the villains of the world, and I was rooting for them! Somehow it all made sense. And then seeing the interview with Ryan Miller after the game-- what a hard-bitten, rough-looking fella. He looked like a Russian soldier from the old cold war movies. It's like now, we're the evil empire.

In fact, maybe this is the answer. Maybe we should just drop any illusion that we are in anyway a good, noble country, and just embrace the nastiness and evil. To a large degree, isn't this exactly what Republicans do? We're bad motherfuckers, and what the fuck are you going to do about it? Don't mess with us, motherfucks, we got the power.

The only problem, is that we're very much like Russia circa 1990-- clearly headed downhill.

The concept of "national" needs to be eliminated for a New World Order. This is in process with a trashed economy.

World military (US/NATO) is in place and rapidly expanding.

To have gladiator style spectator events, will have B team, A, team, or such.

Yeah, we are the bad guys now no matter how much we're told and believe otherwise. It's like Obama getting the Nobel Peace Prize - all a facade, only the joke's on us we head towards oblivion.
