Not really "news", though this latest ruling seems to be the end of the case. Not clear what kind of damages will come out of this. Unfortunately, this ruling was from one of those libtard San Francisco judges, so you can just imagine how easily this will be ignored by people who weren't already convinced that Bush had broken the law.
