He also details racism, carousing and dereliction of duty by the Secret Service-- so nothing new perhaps with the recent scandal involving Obama's SS detail.
Also, Bolden says there was a plot to kill Kennedy in Chicago, that was covered up by the SS. He wanted to tell this to the Warren commission but wasn't allowed and was apparently framed for bribery by the SS. Wiki on the here.
