Ridicule

This is something Bush used a lot on Kerry, and Kerry didn't use enough on Bush.

I can't tell you how many times I saw Bush say something like--"If you don't like Kerry's position on Iraq, just wait a couple of days and it will change".

As annoying as this was, it is also effective. The Democrats need to use this sort of mockery more in their arsenal.
