The Rove-Plame Case, Simplified

My take: The NY Times' Judith Miller is a CIA operative who knew of Plame's identity as an undercover CIA agent. She passed this info onto Rove in such a way that he could pass it onto other journalists and gave Rove an alibi that he didn't know that her identity was secret. Rove passed the info onto Matthew Cooper and Robert Novak, who reported the info.

The questions the prosecutor Fitzgerald are trying to answer are a) whether Miller was truly the source and also b) whether Rove knew that Plame was an undercover agent when he passed on the info.

My guesses are yes and yes, and I hope that both Miller and Rove will be going to jail at some point.
