Flight 77 FOIA Update
I see that Bronco at flight77.info has gotten an answer to his FOIA request to see the videos of flight 77 hitting the Pentagon that the FBI confiscated.
The government denied the request.
Why?
Because it might sway the jury in the sentencing phase of Zacarias Moussaoui's conviction.
What a fucking joke!
Although, if you think about it this makes no sense. The government wants to KILL Zacarias Moussaoui. How would this footage interfere with that? UNLESS... no it couldn't be could it?
Could it be the footage actually doesn't show a plane hitting the Pentagon?
That might sway the jurors a little, I think, in a way the government doesn't want.
