Katrina Disaster 4 Years Later

Hundreds of people unaccounted for, at least 1800 died. Much of New Orleans destroyed (and still not recovered). A horrible, creepy, monstrously inhumane aftermath.

The big question of course is: were the levees blown on purpose?
