The Daily Bach
One of my faves-- Prelude and Fugue in G# minor from WTC2, BWV887:
(I like the fugue more than the prelude-- the fugue starts at 4:30 or so)
But check out this completely different take on the prelude:
Though the prelude in G# minor in WTC1 is one of the most beautiful things Bach ever wrote (though I am not a fan of the fugue). The prelude is first here (naturally):
(warning: music geek ahead) So, my dream pairing would be the G#m prelude from WTC1 and the G#m fugue from WTC1.
