Isn't That Special

The Nation magazine got Robert Baer, a former CIA officer, to write a review for David Ray Griffin's "The New Pearl Harbor".

Do they SERIOUSLY expect us to believe anything Baer says? How naive do they think we are?

Just another reason I have never been very impressed with The Nation.

Note-- I could not read the actual review because it is subscription only. However, the article I link basically says that Baer dismisses any CIA involvement in 9/11 while avoiding any real discussion of the evidence.

Second Note -- I should also point out that the Nation employs David Corn, who has ruthlessly attacked Michael Ruppert. There has been speculation that the Nation is linked to the CIA. In fact, Ruppert thinks Corn is a CIA operative of some type.* It is thought the Nation acts as a sort of gatekeeper for the left-wing, in that it promotes left-wing views but also shields readers from any truly dark government secrets.

* The fact that a journalist is a CIA operative is not unusual. The CIA has infiltrated most major American media organizations. The New York Times, in fact, is a virtual mouthpiece for the CIA.
