Are Exit Polls Simply a Giant Scam?

Now here's an interesting article.

If the exit polls were really an elaborate scam, then this would explain why the pollsters and the networks have been so secretive about the poll data.

And the fact that the exit polls were WAY off for the presidential race may reflect some sort of deal being made with the pollsters and the networks-- possibly to undermine the significance of Bush's win.
