The GOP went to great lengths to pass laws against people who use the internet to sexually harrass minors and of course publicly act outraged about these people. Meanwhile, the GOP had a person in their caucus who specifically did this very thing-- used the internet to sexually harrass a minor-- and the GOP knew about it and covered it up.
Now, try substituting "people who use the internet to sexually harrass minors" with "terrorists" and see how it fits.
Interestingly, there is a long history of Republican sexual deviants and CIA covert operations.
