A new report appears to directly contradict denials by the White House and the Pentagon that abuse photographs the Obama administration has withheld are worse than previously known.

In a posting Friday, an American reporter says he’s confirmed allegations printed in British newspapers that unreleased photographs of US servicemembers abusing prisoners include graphic images of rape, sexually explicit acts, sodomy and forced masturbation.

The United Nations has released a new report on accountability for human rights abuses by the United States, focusing mostly on transgressions during the Bush administration's so-called war on terror. In a word, accountability in the U.S. has been "deplorable."

The May 26, 2009, report by Australian law professor Philip Alston, the U.N. special rapporteur on extrajudicial executions, does praise the United States for establishing compensation payments for civilians accidentally killed by U.S. forces in the heat of battle. But Alston quickly adds the following: "However, there have been chronic and deplorable accountability failures with respect to policies, practice and conduct that resulted in alleged unlawful killings -- including possible war crimes -- in the United States' international operations."

An Actual Gravitational Collapse? The Singapore Hotel New World Disaster of 1986. With, Yes -- 33 Deaths

I recently saw the episode “Hotel Collapse Singapore” of the National Geographic Channel (NGC) series, “Seconds from Disaster.” It was first aired on September 27, 2005. The Wikipedia article on this matter is here.

Singapore’s six-story Hotel New World was actually known as the Lian Yak building, and was built in 1971. Curiously, it has a strange history. Eleven years before the 1986 collapse, this building had a poisonous gas leak and made the headlines in August, 1975. Its total collapse took place on March 15, 1986. Yes, this is the Ides of March, infamous since the days of the Julius Caesar assassination.

The above NGC show stated that the six-story building took about 60 seconds to collapse. The photos of the immediate aftermath showed what looks like a 3-4 story rubble pile, with massive parts of the building intact. E.g.--


The show did not contain any videos of the collapse, so I assume there are none. Contrast this with the WTC towers’ “collapses.” The towers were 110 stories high, yet “collapsed” in about 12 seconds, with estimates ranging from 10-15 seconds. The WTC “collapses” “disobeyed” entropy, and were nearly uniform around their circumferences, which clearly is not the case in the New World Hotel collapse, as evidenced by its very non-uniform, and massive, rubble pile. Most telling is the height of the Lian Yak rubble pile. It appears to be about half the height (or more) of its original structure. Contrast this with the rubble piles of the WTC towers’ “collapses”, which are about the same height as the small Lian Yak building’s rubble pile, despite the fact that the towers were nearly 20 times the height of that building! This, of course, is one of the best evidentiary items that the WTC destruction involved nuclear bombs that vaporized most of the inside contents of the towers, as depicted here. Large items and numerous people [see below] were left intact in the Hotel New World rubble pile. But, in contradistinction, virtually no furniture, and over 1400 people left no body parts nor a strand of DNA was found from them in the WTC rubble pile-- they were vaporized.

Wiki details the possibly strange, changing expectations of the number of dead in the aftermath of the Lian Yak collapse: “Immediately after the collapse, as many as 300 were feared trapped underneath the debris. Estimates dropped to 100 trapped or missing a day later, and then to 60, including 26 hotel staff and 16 bank staff unaccounted for. The figure was finally put at 50 when the official death toll was announced on 22 March 1986 after the end of the rescue effort.” Note that, unlike the WTC disaster -- whereby many people escaped because there was an hour between “plane hits” and tower destruction -- there is no indication of people fleeing the Lian Yak building before collapse.

The final official numbers are that 33 people died. And 17 were rescued in the hours and days following the 3/15/86 collapse. This is a 34% survival rate. This is vastly greater than the rubble pile survival rate of the WTC (0.7%), whereby 20 people were dug out of the rubble pile, and the death toll “officially” is 2751. A much smaller survival rate is perhaps expected from the different scales involved, but there is no word on the Singapore collapse having any completely missing, or vaporized, people, or furniture, etc.

The Singapore Gov’t supposedly undertook an extensive search for the cause of the collapse. Officially, they ruled out many things, but their final finding is quite remarkable. Now in determining the safety of a building, structural engineers calculate what are known as “dead load” and “live load.” Dead load refers to the building without any inner contents, or added on entities to the roof or sides. The live load includes people, furniture, and anything else added inside, or on top, or on the sides, after the building is first finished being built. The Govt’s finding declared that the engineer(s) who calculated the ability of the weight bearing structures to bear loads, completely left out the dead load in their calculations, and used only the expected live load. And the live load is usually a fraction of the dead load!? It is hard to believe that this most basic calculation was not performed. Furthermore the question arises to this researcher (but was not cited in the TV show), why then didn’t the building collapse immediately after, or even before, it was finished, if it was made to support only a fraction of its dead load?

So I must ask, is the official death toll of 33 mere happenstance, or a giveaway that this collapse was planned, perhaps even before it was built? I note that I have seen none other than Z.P. Bazant refer to this New World Hotel collapse in his attempts to declare the WTC towers’ destructions as gravitational, progressive collapses. Exposing the lies of Z.P. Bazant can be found at this blog. And I have revealed here that the use of the number 33 is often a signal employed by the PTB to either demonstrate that they were in control of an event, and/or that it was a nuclear matter. In the final analysis, the official death toll of 33 in the New World Hotel may signal conspiracy and malice aforethought; perhaps far in advance and possibly even for the purpose of trying to explain the future destruction of the WTC! (And the World Trade Center certainly is in the “New World.”) I have detailed that the PTB often do things far in advance of when a matter becomes clear to the rest of humanity -- if it ever does. But no matter what else may (or may not) be involved, the collapse time, rubble pile height, its randomness, its large remaining inner content parts, the rubble pile survivor numbers, and other data, all show that when a building does collapse -- and it does not involve nuclear explosions -- entropy rules, and there is no great missing mass, nor vaporized people or furniture. The contrast of the Singapore New World Hotel collapse, with the WTC nuclear destruction is crystal clear.

In Defense of Bush Administration War Criminals?

Chris Floyd is willing to help out.

His basic premises are that:

1) the Bushco crimes are merely the culmination of years and years of US war crimes, and it is unfair to single out Bushco for punishment

2) a trial just of Bushco would be too superficial and would be insufficient to reform the system.


These points are well-taken, but are ultimately not persuasive to me for the following reasons:

1) the Bushco crimes were much more blatant than previous US injustices

2) there is hope that prosecuting Bushco would serve as a deterrent for future US warcrimes

3) letting Bushco go unpunished will serve as an incentive for worse crimes in the future

4) an exposure of Bushco crimes WOULD shine a light on other US crimes-- including 9/11

5) Floyd suscribes to the blow-back theory of 9/11 and thus is either very naive or an intel shill in the mold of Howard Zinn and his ilk (whom Floyd cites in his post)

In fact this "defense" of Bushco is a disgusting slap in the face for anyone who wants a better world.

The PTB and their Op-Plans: Bush Op-Plan vs. Obama Op-Plan -- and The Future

Bush only cared about the wealthy and elite. Obama cares about everyone.

Bush didn’t know/comprehend/care about the law. Obama is a Consitutional scholar—surely he will govern in a Constitutional manner.

Bush, and lackeys, OKed waterboarding, rape, sodomy. Obama says waterboarding is torture and he is banning it. (Note that I think it is possible that ALL the monstrosities perpetrated on e.g., Abu Ghraib prisoners, were OKed by the highest authorities in the Bush Administration, because of the following logic. In any jail, instances of such barbaric acts may occur, but how many times have you heard that the perpetrators felt safe enough to take pictures, and even post some of them on the internet? IMO, they were initially told that whatever foul acts they carried out were sanctioned by the highest American authorities.)

Bush and his lackeys, like Condoleeza Rice, claim if the President ordered a technique to be used, then it is legal, and not torture. Obama is now asking Congress to create a “legal regime” for the things he wishes to set in place things that are in fact unconstitutional. In other words--

Bush’s Op-Plan was that the “President’s ordering something, ipso facto makes it legal.”

The Obama Op-Plan now is to claim that if Congress-- or "if Congress PLUS the President-- orders something, that ipso facto makes it legal", regardless of what the Constitution says.

Obama wouldn’t have publicly cited this new Op-Plan if he didn’t have the Democrats/Traitors in Congress lined up to go along! Bush failed to obtain indefinite detention. Now BECAUSE OF THE ABOVE clever, SEQUENTIAL Double Op-Plan (a variation of good cop, bad cop), Obama seems to have Congress with him on this! Thus we are in the midst of a blatant, final, total destruction of the Constitution. Note— unlike many— I hold that the Constitution was always trampled upon in the USA, by the elite/PTB. This is demonstrated by the many acts of Presidential assassinations, poisoning of citizens, treatment of minorities, waging undeclared, unconstitutional wars, and interference in foreign countries-- and how the elite/PTB always got away with these murderous, unconstitutional acts. The difference between these last nine years-- with BOTH the Bush and Obama Op-Plans-- and the earlier history of this nation, is that the total destruction of Constitutonal rights and freedoms is now OPENLY proclaimed with the usual ruse of being done to “counter terrorism” and “safeguard the nation.”

Alas, the framers of the Constitution likely— being Freemasons etc.— put (at least) one fatal flaw in to the Constitution. They allowed Article I, Section 9, which states that “the privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.” Now “public safety” has morphed into “National Security.” And national security has become the excuse for not only terminating Habeas Corpus, but for shredding the entire Constitution. Again, behind the scenes-- in case they would be charged with treason-- I believe those who committed such acts as illegal wars and assassinations of Presidents, have always proclaimed that their acts were done in the interest of “national security” or “public safety.”

This article details a related and remarkable case in the federal courts right now. Here the Obama Justice Dept. is continuing an unconstitutional and anti-Constitutional claim against an Islamic group that was wiretapped illegally. First the history of this matter. After the Church Senate Committee, in the early 1970’s, uncovered massive, illegal spying on Americans by the CIA and other federal agencies, the Carter Administration saw the creation of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Court. The Feds must apply to this Court for prior approval to wiretap any Americans it wants to. The Court is itself virtually totally corrupt in that its members have approved every single request that was sent to it. With the exception of but one judge who resigned from it, its members are all likely intel agents or assets themselves. The case before U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker of San Francisco, involves the revelation that the Bush Administration spied on the Islamic Group without applying to the FISA Court-- which is a serious violation of federal law. I assert this is commonplace! From my own experience, after I once spoke publicly showing how President Kennedy’s Secret Service driver, William Greer blew Kennedy’s brains out after he first accidentally shot Connally (all of which can be seen and heard on audio-added Zapruder film), I was heavily wiretapped and then assaulted, and my home broken into and a mercury compound placed all over it. I seriously doubt that the federal Gestapo agencies involved whether CIA, FBI, NSA, Secret Service, other, or all of the above, went through the FISA Court to ask to wiretap me, before they did, and are. The USA is a totally lawless land, and perhaps always has been. But the remarkable thing in the case before Judge Walker now is that the Obama Regime is actually claiming that since the wiretapping of the Islamic Group was found out accidentally, and since the Bush Regime did not officially admit to it, and did not apply through official channels (the FISA Court), the Justice System cannot adjudicate the matter! They are attempting to render impotent, or non-existent, the entire third branch of the Federal Gov’t-- which has always acted as an interpreter and counter to any attempted power grab by the other two branches of the Federal Govt. So the Obama Op in this matter is continuing the Bush Op of claiming a supreme executive branch with no oversight from the Judiciary-- when it cries “national security.” Here they are OPENLY claiming what I have asserted assassins and traitors, in control of the American federal regime, have always claimed. When they (illegally) kill a President or (illegally) wiretap, poison or kill a citizen, and then merely yell “national security,” they want not to be charged, tried, or judged for their crimes. And they want NOW TO MAKE THIS OPENLY “LEGAL” and NOT SUBJECT TO OVERSIGHT OR CRIMINAL CHARGES. In other words, the Bush-Obama Op is to have an openly, and admittedly, total Supreme Gestapo Regime.

Ultimately, as many have realized, we have had the same overall Op-Plan as Nazi Germany did. The Nazi Regime itself burned down their Reichstag [government] building as a ruse for “needing” to eradicate their constitution and “more effectively counter terrorism”; and officially blamed a patsy. In the USA, the Regime nuked the World Trade Center, had a China Syndrome Aftermath there for six months— until the radioactive fragments were carted away— and blamed members of an ethnic group and a world-wide religion, so as to have PERENNIAL war, and the destruction of constitutional rights and freedoms. There are several differences between the U.S. and German Nazi devolutions into mass torture, global war and loss of rights and freedoms for their citizenries. The American people have had the benefit of previously observing this, as recent German history. And the Nazi Regime only partook in these acts AFTER publicly creating mass concentration camps, and taking away the guns of the citizenry.

So in the U.S., despite having the benefit or observing the same Op-Plan just a few decades earlier in Germany, and despite still having the tools to effect change as the founders crucially created the second Amendment for the people to fight encroaching tyranny, the American people-- as nearly all Germans did-- do not act, they just wait and hope…

The Bush-Obama controllers-- and yes, I ask that we henceforth put these two Administrations together as one-- apparently still fear to try to get the 100 million legal guns, owned by the citizens, removed from them. This indicates they fear they might lose in a blatant confrontation this way. Ultimately it may come down to a mass uprising of the armed citizenry, and/or the people in the military/intel agencies acquiring some guts (perhaps for the first time), and acting on their oaths to defend the Constitution against all enemies-- especially the domestic terrorists, in seeming total control since their traitorous acts on November 22, 1963. All arbitrary laws recently enacted against terrorists could be employed against the Bush-Obama Cabal, and also against those in the Congress and Supreme Court who also are part of the treason against the American people and the Constitution. Citizens of other countries must try to get their own gov’ts to charge the Bush-Obama Cabal with: crimes against humanity, torture, waging aggressive war, genocide, and other crimes.

If the people of the USA ever wake up and act-- before it is too late-- and fight back and win, a new Constitution would need to be created that would not have any “exception clause” allowing for the negation of the rest of the Constitution for reasons of “public safety” or “national security.” INSTEAD, it would contain clauses that ENFORCED the AUTOMATIC examination, detention and trial-- for such acts as assassinations or “suicides” of high govt officials, seeming terrorist acts against the citizenry, even attacks from other nations (note the Pearl Harbor set-up)-- of the highest benefiting government officials themselves. Historically, false-flag Ops have virtually always been perpetrated by such regimes as the U.S., the U.K, and Nazi Germany. These regimes carried out terrorist acts themselves; and blamed innocent patsies to facilitate waging war on other innocents; and created a terror regime in their own land. Clauses and methods, to counter this common blueprint of the PTB, need to be incorporated into a new Constitution.

Doing nothing only emboldens our terrorist-rulers more, as the recent Obama plan to install a new “legal regime” to allow permanent detention proves. Note the clever paradox: the use of the word “regime,” and not e.g. “administration,” is flaunting the illegality of it; yet it is coupled with the word “legal”. Perhaps we all need to follow the example of Michael Collins of Ireland. Against all odds, he used great cunning and daring to devise methods to defeat the British terrorist regime who occupied his land, and mass-exterminated his people, for nearly 1000 years. I urge everyone to read up on him, see the movie, and do as he did-- ACT.

And, as he did, try to get people in the military and/or intel agencies to join you. Try to get these people to obey their oath and remove the present, terrorist regime that has assassinated our rightful Presidents, mass murdered our fellow citizens in false-flag operations, and who are now blatently removing the last vestiges of our innate rights and freedoms. The sequential Bush-Obama Op-Plan was likely thought up a long time ago. As I indicated recently, the likely, threatened shoot-down of Obama aboard Air Force One on April 27, signaled his total acquiescence, and the likelihood of him going all out to please his masters from now on. So, in a sense, this obscene, blatant, new tactic of trying to create a “legal regime,” in cahoots with the Congress, for indefinite detention of human beings— who may well be innocent patsies who could prove that Al-Qaeda is Al-CIA-duh— was predicted.

President Obama-- if he ever did-- will not likely ever publicly utter another word of truth. National leaders all over the world are not allowed to utter a public word of truth. BTW, if you haven’t seen it before, here is video proof of the alteration, by the BBC (MI5) of Pakistani opposition leader Benazir Bhutto saying Omar Sheikh (likely Pakistani Intel asset— which means run by MI6) had killed Osama Bin Laden. This was two months before Bhutto herself was assassinated. And it appears that Bhutto was forced to retract this in her last two months; but perhaps the PTB saw that they could never trust her again not to speak some occasional truth.

Whether Dick Cheney ordered the Bhutto hit-- as some claimed Seymour Hersh said and then retracted-- or more likely the hit was ordered by London, is not the point here. Her stating that the alleged leader of the (fictional) terror group Al-Qaeda [Al-CIA-duh] had been dead for some time, likely got her killed by British (or American) controlled assets in place. America’s, and Britain’s, bogus, perennial wars on terror would be untenable if the alleged leader of the alleged main terrorist group is acknowledged to be dead. And if the entire, alleged, foreign, bogeyman group is acknowledged to be fictional, or COMPOSED ENTIRELY OF DEAD PEOPLE, the “terrorist” acts committed on American or British soil would be realized, by their citizenries, to have been committed by their own regimes.

Obama’s “second chance” of not getting shot out of the air, and subsequent total cave-in is similar to Reagan’s acquiescence to GHW Bush’s controlling the Presidency, after Reagan was allowed to survive his attempted assassination. President Kennedy, on the other hand, did not cave in after the Bay of Pigs set-up, and paid the ultimate price. We are seeing Obama’s true colors, and the puppet strings behind them. Things may be far worse now, because-- we have had a bunch of mostly traitorous, fellow Democrats take over the Congress, who will now try to give Obama, and his masters, this new coveted “legal regime.” Unless the people, or the state gov’ts, or the military, step up and refuse to go along, and instead fight back.

Life won’t be worth living in this coming total Gestapo-land. Neither can an honest or moral person allow his/her “Govt” to continue to mass murder his/her fellow citizens in more false-flag operations, or to wantonly rape, plunder and mass murder around the world in his/her name. The German Nazi Regime was terminated by the British-American Regime-- that actually created, and emplaced it. Terminating the terrorist British-American regime itself can only come from within.

In 2003 while lobbying leaders to put together the Coalition of the Willing, President Bush spoke to France's President Jacques Chirac. Bush wove a story about how the Biblical creatures Gog and Magog were at work in the Middle East and how they must be defeated.

In Genesis and Ezekiel Gog and Magog are forces of the Apocalypse who are prophesied to come out of the north and destroy Israel unless stopped. The Book of Revelation took up the Old Testament prophesy:

"And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them."

Bush believed the time had now come for that battle, telling Chirac:

"This confrontation is willed by God, who wants to use this conflict to erase his people's enemies before a New Age begins".

Now, there is some controversy about if Bhutto really meant that bin Laden was murdered, as Omar Sheikh is officially known as the murderer of Daniel Pearl, and perhaps she got confused. Supposedly Bhutto referred to bin Laden being alive after this interview. But it certainly doesn't seem as if Bhutto misspoke or got confused. She didn't catch herself, as one would normally do after saying something so majorly wrong, and neither does Frost say anything. And Bhutto may well have been manipulated to say bin Laden was alive after this interview. Worse yet is the way BBC simply edited out her saying this from the more recent version of the interview, rather than simply putting out a clarifying remark.

Of course, it's rather important to note that both these Pakistani leaders say bin Laden was dead, and that Bhutto was killed shortly after saying he was murdered. All in all, I think the evidence points to the idea that Bhutto spoke the truth and that bin Laden WAS murdered by Omar Sheikh.

Another al-FBI-duh Plot

Four men were arrested on charges linked with planning attacks against a Jewish synagogue and US warplanes based at a New York military base, prosecutors said.

The men, who according to a US congressman were all born in the United States, were arrested “on charges arising from a plot to detonate explosives near a synagogue in the Riverdale section of the Bronx, New York,” according to the complaint filed at a White Plains, New York federal court.

The group, residing in New York, where Al-Qaeda extremists with hijacked commercial airliners destroyed the World Trade Center towers on September 11, 2001, also “planned to shoot down military planes located at the New York Air National Guard Base at Stewart Airport in Newburgh, New York, with Stinger surface-to-air guided missiles,” officials said.

Gee, I wonder if an FBI informant played any role in this plot...

The suspects — identified as James Cromitie, also known as Abdul Rahman; David Williams, also known as Daoud or simply DL; Onta Williams, also known as Hamza; and Laguerre Payen, also known as Amin and Almondo — had been tracked for over a year, officials said.

In the major part of the plan, to obtain weapons for the attack, the defendants dealt with an FBI informant who provided the group “with an inactive missile and inert explosives.”

D'oh!

But there's more--

... it's not clear whether these men would have carried out any terror plot without encouragement and material support from an FBI informant. The New York Times reports that "a federal law enforcement official described the plot as "aspirational" -- meaning that the suspects wanted to do something but had no weapons or explosives."

Indeed, the complaint paints a picture of a plot in which the FBI informant played a central role from the start. The informant met Cromitie, the apparent ringleader of the plot, last June at a Newburgh mosque. Cromitie told the informant that his parents had lived in Afghanistan, that he was upset about the US killing Muslims in Afghanistan and Pakistan, and that he would like to do "something to America." Soon after, the informant falsely told Cromitie that he (the informant) was a member of the Pakistan-based terror group Jaish-e-Mohammed. Cromitie said he too would like to join, in order to "do Jihad."

From there, the plot began to slowly take shape, with the informant playing a central role throughout. The informant helped to procure fake homemade bombs, and accompanied the men in obtaining a surface-to-air guided missile system and three IEDs. The informant also accompanied the men in buying handguns for use in the plot.

Released Gitmo Detainees: al-CIA-duh Alert

Marcy Wheeler makes a good catch:

What are the chances that some, or even most, of these "recidivist" terrorists are actually men we recruited to spy for us? That is, they may have "returned to terrorism or militant activity," but did so with our blessing, with the understanding they'd send back information on what those militant groups were doing.

We do know the US and its allies were using those captured as spies of a sort. Just last weekend, for example, newspapers in the UK reported that an "Informant A" was used by the Brits and Morrocco to try to get Binyam Mohamed to "cooperate" with his captives.

Mohamed, 31, says that in September 2002, after his 'extraordinary rendition' to North Africa, an agent known only as Informant A told him the torture would stop if he gave intelligence to the British.

The offer from the agent, a UK citizen of Moroccan descent, suggests that British security forces had the power to end his treatment, Mohamed's lawyer claims.

Mohamed already knew the agent from London.

Clive Stafford Smith said: 'The Moroccans told Mr Mohamed that Informant A was working with the British Government and pressed Mr Mohamed to do the same if he wanted to end his torture.

Informant A is said to have fought alongside Osama Bin Laden in the caves of Tora Bora.

He was said to have been captured and held at a U.S. base in Afghanistan in 2002, when he agreed to turn informant.

Terek Dergoul, held at the same base, said: 'One of the guards was saying, "We've got another 007".'

The language here is particularly interesting: the reference to Informant A as "another 007" and the suggestions that Mohamed should "work with the British Government." If Binyam Mohamed had agreed to spy for the Brits, would he have avoided all that horrible torture he suffered?

The possibility that these "recidivists" are actually our recruits spying on Islamic extremists for the Americans might explain a few details about the report. For example, the report only lists 29 of the 74 purported "recidivists" by name. It doesn't mention the others "because of national security and intelligence-gathering concerns." Sure, that might reflect a desire not to alert militants to our intelligence channels. It might also reflect a desire to protect our spies in the field.

And the possibility that at least some of these "recidivists" are now our spies might explain the hold-up on the release of the document.

This points out an important reason for torture: to turn captives into OUR terrorists!

Of course the Wheeler and the liberals at that blog never seem to make the obvious connection that 9/11 was (at minimum) done by "our" terrorists. I still can't figure whether most of these people are intel plants are just maddeningly dumb.

But in any case, here are the four main reasons I can figure for capturing foreigners and then torturing them:

1) to obtain false confessions to support whatever official story has been decided upon

2) to brainwash innocents into becoming terrorist-agents for us

3) to brainwash our terrorists to cover up what they have done for us

4) to anger captives into eventually taking up arms against the US (much like what happens when we bomb civilians-- innocents are angered into taking arms against the US)

REID: I’m saying that the United States Senate, Democrats and Republicans, do not want terrorists to be released in the United States. That’s very clear.

QUESTION: No one’s talking about releasing them. We’re talking about putting them in prison somewhere in the United States.

REID: Can’t put them in prison unless you release them.

QUESTION: Sir, are you going to clarify that a little bit? …

REID: I can’t make it any more clear than the statement I have given to you. We will never allow terrorists to be released in the United States.

Later, Reid repeated that he would not support Guantanamo detainees being transferred to U.S prisons:

"Prison Planet"

It's funny how Alex Jones uses this term for his conspiracy work-- the notion being that the PTB have imprisoned ordinary people and made the planet a prison. To some extent, this use of the term "prison planet" fits-- although I'm not really sure it's an accurate depiction of the type of conspiracy Jones promotes. For instance, why the reference to "planet"? And while I feel threatened and somewhat constricted by the PTB, I don't really feel "imprisoned" on the "planet". Imprisonment may indeed come at some point for a large group of humanity, though early death is more likely.

The irony is that "prison planet" is a very good metaphor for the deep, ultimate conspiracy that Anonymous Physicist has described: the actual PTB are actually evil extra-terrestrials that are imprisoned (quarantined) on this planet by other extra-terrestrials. While this idea sounds totally wild, it is in fact the best explanation I know of for the many odd occurrences and the many blatant conspiracies of our world. Most urgently, the ultimate PTB are a severe threat to humanity, as in trying to escape from the quarantine, they may will kill us all and possibly even destroy the planet.

As the Obama administration continues to fight the release of some 2,000 photos that graphically document U.S. military abuse of prisoners in Iraq and Afghanistan, an ongoing Spanish investigation is adding harrowing details to the ever-emerging portrait of the torture inside and outside Guantánamo. Among them: "blows to [the] testicles;" "detention underground in total darkness for three weeks with deprivation of food and sleep;" being "inoculated … through injection with 'a disease for dog cysts;'" the smearing of feces on prisoners; and waterboarding. The torture, according to the Spanish investigation, all occurred "under the authority of American military personnel" and was sometimes conducted in the presence of medical professionals.

More significantly, however, the investigation could for the first time place an intense focus on a notorious, but seldom discussed, thug squad deployed by the U.S. military to retaliate with excessive violence to the slightest resistance by prisoners at Guantánamo.

The force is officially known as the the Immediate Reaction Force or Emergency Reaction Force, but inside the walls of Guantánamo, it is known to the prisoners as the Extreme Repression Force. Despite President Barack Obama's publicized pledge to close the prison camp and end torture -- and analysis from human rights lawyers who call these forces' actions illegal -- IRFs remain very much active at Guantánamo.

IRF: An Extrajudicial Terror Squad

The existence of these forces has been documented since the early days of Guantánamo, but it has rarely been mentioned in the U.S. media or in congressional inquiries into torture. On paper, IRF teams are made up of five military police officers who are on constant stand-by to respond to emergencies. "The IRF team is intended to be used primarily as a forced-extraction team, specializing in the extraction of a detainee who is combative, resistive, or if the possibility of a weapon is in the cell at the time of the extraction," according to a declassified copy of the Standard Operating Procedures for Camp Delta at Guantánamo. The document was signed on March 27, 2003, by Maj. Gen. Geoffrey Miller, the man credited with eventually "Gitmoizing" Abu Ghraib and other U.S.-run prisons and who reportedly ordered subordinates to treat prisoners "like dogs." Gen. Miller ran Guantánamo from November 2002 until August 2003 before moving to Iraq in 2004.

When an IRF team is called in, its members are dressed in full riot gear, which some prisoners and their attorneys have compared to "Darth Vader" suits. Each officer is assigned a body part of the prisoner to restrain: head, right arm, left arm, left leg, right leg. According to the SOP memo, the teams are to give verbal warnings to prisoners before storming the cell: "Prior to the use of the IRF team, an interpreter will be used to tell the detainee of the discipline measures to be taken against him and ask whether he intends to resist. Regardless of his answer, his recent behavior and demeanor should be taken into account in determining the validity of his answer."The IRF team is authorized to spray the detainee in the face with mace twice before entering the cell.

According to Gen. Miller's memo: "The physical security of U.S. forces and detainees in U.S. care is paramount. Use the minimum force necessary for mission accomplishment and force protection ... Use of the IRF team and levels of force are not to be used as a method of punishment."

But human rights lawyers, former prisoners and former IRF team members with extensive experience at Guantánamo paint a very different picture of the role these teams played. "They are the Black Shirts of Guantánamo," says Michael Ratner, president of the Center for Constitutional Rights, which has represented the most Guantánamo prisoners. "IRFs can't be separated from torture. They are a part of the brutalization of humans treated as less than human."

Clive Stafford Smith, who has represented 50 Guantánamo prisoners, including 31 still imprisoned there, has seen the IRF teams up close. "They're goons," he says. "They've played a huge role."

While much of the "torture debate" has emphasized the so-called "enhanced interrogation techniques" defined by the twisted legal framework of the Office of Legal Council memos, IRF teams in effect operate at Guantánamo as an extrajudicial terror squad that has regularly brutalized prisoners outside of the interrogation room, gang beating them, forcing their heads into toilets, breaking bones, gouging their eyes, squeezing their testicles, urinating on a prisoner's head, banging their heads on concrete floors and hog-tying them -- sometimes leaving prisoners tied in excruciating positions for hours on end.

The IRF teams "were fully approved at the highest levels [of the Bush administration], including the Secretary of Defense and with outside consultation of the Justice Department," says Scott Horton, one of the leading experts on U.S. Military and Constitutional law. This force "was designed to disabuse the prisoners of any idea that they would be free from physical assault while in U.S. custody," he says. "They were trained to brutally punish prisoners in a brief period of time, and ridiculous pretexts were taken to justify" the beatings.

"Up to 15 people attempted to commit suicide at Camp Delta due to the abuses of the IRF officials," according to the Spanish investigation. Combined with other documentation, including prisoner testimony and legal memos, the IRF teams appear to be one of the most significant forces in the abuse of prisoners at Guantánamo, worthy of an investigation by U.S. prosecutors in and of themselves.

The American Regime is proficient at getting its Intel-controlled media, and thence a good portion of the masses, to focus on either irrelevant issues, or the wrong aspect of an issue. Regarding torture by American military or Intel agents of Iraqis or Afghanis, one bogus MSM issue is whether or not “useful information in the war on terrorism is ascertained through enhanced interrogation.” This is bogus in numerous ways. 1. The mass murder of 3000 human beings in NYC on 9/11/01 was a nuclear holocaust perpetrated by the American regime itself on its own citizens. 2. This action was then used as an excuse to wage aggressive war on innocent human beings in foreign countries, and to terminate Americans’ human rights and constitutional freedoms. 3. The people that the American Regime’s agents imprison, torture, rape and kill are most likely either completely innocent or actually known, foreign agents of the American Regime itself—- who could prove such matters as the fact that Al Queda was, and is, an American Intel Agency creation. And capturing, torturing, and killing any alleged Al-CIA-Duh agents is likely done to silence them—- lest they tell the world what Al-CIA-duh really is.

Now debate is also made to focus on matters of less importance than what should be focused on. For example, even Seymour Hersh says there is much documentation that numerous innocent, young Iraqi boys and girls were imprisoned and serially gang raped and sodomized. Yet this is supposedly not an item ever brought up in the major media. One wonders what even that revelation is still leaving out, as I have revealed at this blog, that Hersh himself is likely a gatekeeper/Intel asset. Perhaps we should all be trying to find this out. Of course some of what Hersh et al will never speak about has been the focus of this blog—- that the American Regime itself perpetrated the mass murder on 9/11, and did it with nuclear weapons. But some Americans find this too much to contemplate, and then put their heads in the ground like ostriches. We have denial—- and thus the people wanting to swallow a great lie more easily than a small lie, as Hitler wrote.

However, nearly everyone can comprehend the torture and murder of a single human being. This brings us to Mark Swanner. A CIA torturer and murderer who was never convicted, nor even charged, for his crimes against humanity as noted here

This article even states that there are CIA communiqués available proving the wholesale involvement of the CIA in the torture-murder of some 100 “detainees.” And the MSM is not even mentioning these communiqués, which name names—- they are only mentioning some photos.

Now Lt. Colonel is the highest rank that any one in “military intelligence” was tried for in the Abu Ghraib affair. As depicted even at Wiki, the trial of Lt. Col. Steven Jordan was a joke. But note here how the CIA’s man, Mark Swanner, in charge of the “interrogation” of Iraqi Manadel al-Jamadi was never charged with his torture and murder. Instead of charging torturer and murderer CIA agent Mark Swanner, the last URL even indicates that al-Jamadi’s Navy SEAL “capturers” were likely falsely charged (but then acquitted) for the torture/murder of al-Jamadi. (Though there is evidence that the SEALs gave al-Jamadi a black eye.) So, per usual, you can charge military members, but you can’t charge a CIA agent with torture or murder. Now—- just as with the Nazi Gestapo—- it is highly likely that the CIA agent, Swanner, gave orders to all the military personnel in the al-Jamadi matter. This is the pecking order in the regime, as it was in Nazi Germany. Investigators later working for CIA Inspector General John Helgerson supposedly had recommended that the Justice Dept. launch an investigation into Swanner’s actions. Cheney is said to have halted this and similar matters. This article says al-Jamadi was dead within 45 minutes of being in Swanner’s “care.” Other articles state it was four hours.

We must note that with al-Jamadi’s murder, we will never know if he was completely innocent—- “just a patsy”, as per Oswald’s words. Or even if he was actually an agent of the American Regime (again like Oswald), who was sacrificed to cover up for the actual perpetrators (likely other American or British intel/military agents) in the bombing that al-Jamadi was nabbed for. We will never know if al-Jamadi said to Swanner, at one point, "But I'm one of you," and was then immediately killed? The Wiki article on al-Jamadi merely states that he was a “suspect” in a bomb attack that killed 12 Iraqis. Not one word on any evidence that this is so, or who was involved in thinking that he was a suspect in that bombing, or how the SEALs knew where to nab him. But other sources say it was the CIA who knew his whereabouts and suspected him. The Wiki piece doesn’t even try to claim that he was a member of “al-Qaeda”! Recall again how the Dallas police were told that the patsy, Oswald, was in that movie theatre. Also recall the extensive legend that was already in place for Oswald—- as a “Comma-nist”, as LBJ pronounced it. Perhaps al-Jamadi’s legend wasn’t finished being set up, so Wiki does not claim he was al-CIA-duh?

What are the implications that Mark Swanner, a torturer and murderer, walks freely within the USA? One can answer this question with another question. Hasn’t American jurisprudence decided, based on recidivistic principles (repeat behavior), to make known in every community when a convicted child molester moves into the community? It must be brought home to all Americans that such a monster is living in their community, and such depraved torturer/killers for the CIA number at least in the hundreds. It is also likely that there are similar numbers of agents roaming the USA who have perpetrated similar acts for the NSA, the FBI, military intelligence, and the Secret Service—- such as agents William Greer, Roy Kellerman and others involved in shooting President Kennedy in broad daylight. Is it not likely that the Mark Swanners, instead of being tried, convicted and imprisoned or hung, get promoted, and also perpetrate their evil deeds against American citizens? The denial must end. Who do you think perpetrated the monstrous acts of assault, car chasing, home break-ins, and placing a mercury compound throughout my home that destroyed my health and life—- after I once publicly showed that Secret Service agent William Greer fired twice (first shooting Connally) in the assassination of President Kennedy? It was the regime’s federal agent-thugs. See here.

So Mark Swanner, and other Intel agency torturer-killers, roam the U.S. freely, and may live in your community. You, your children and other loved ones, are far LESS SAFE with the Mark Swanners living in your community, than you/they are with a convicted child molester living there. This is, in part, because at present, the Mark Swanners are actively protected by the American federal regime. They apparently can’t be charged by law enforcement—- by some unwritten, or secretly written, law. A Mark Swanner could torture and kill you or your children—- should he ever get the whim, or order, to do so—- and will likely flash his Intel badge, and subsequently get higher ups in the regime to intervene with local law enforcement. Just as in Iraq, a Mark Swanner would likely never even be charged in torturing or killing you or your children. I have already indicated that in the matter of the torturer/killer of JonBenet Ramsey, it was likely an American Intel agent involved in the sex slave “industry” here in the USA.

It is a grave mistake to believe that the Mark Swanners of the CIA only torture and kill “over there,” and not here. Robert Kennedy said that change in America will only come when most Americans view the monstrosities that the American Regime does to others, as having been done to each of them directly. Is it not likely that the CIA has promoted Swanner? Is it not likely that he would now torture and kill again and again, when ordered to, as he knows the Regime can charge, and convict him with torture and murder at any time—- until the day he dies? Or that he himself would likely be taken out if he refuses to torture and kill again for his regime? Yes, I have indicated that such thugs are the most gutless creatures in the world. So afraid themselves to suffer or die, that they continue killing (usually) innocent human beings. A Mark Swanner rarely does the right thing—- which when ordered to kill or torture—- should be to instead kill his controller and/or himself. Of course, such power to be able to freely torture and kill may become an aphrodisiac for some. I trust now that you see the grave danger of such a one as this living in your community? Jane Mayer in her book, “The Dark Side. The Inside Story of How the War on Terror Turned into a War on American Ideals” reports that, “Mark Swanner remains unprosecuted and lives 'a quintessentially middle-class suburban life' in Northern Virginia 'in a colonial-style house with a front-porch and swimming-pool on a cul-de-sac.” (I should also note, per Wiki, that Mayer “is a 1977 graduate of Yale University, where she was a campus stringer for Time magazine. She continued her studies at Oxford University.” This is to indicate, via her background, what she might be leaving out, as we have the usual connections to Yale, London, etc. for Mayer.)

Just as Bill Cooper made Kennedy assassin, William Greer, a household name through his talks and videos, we should all be making Mark Swanner a household name as a torturer and killer for the American Gestapo regime. We should be demanding both that he be tried for his crimes, and also we should be insisting on knowing exactly where he lives, so as to try to protect ourselves, and our children. Letting the Mark Swanners, or the Bushes, Cheneys, Rices and Yoos go scot-free, makes the USA a lawless land indeed. It empowers all of them to go on torturing and killing, or ordering the same. It paves the way for their successors to freely do so as well. It perverts and shatters all notions of Justice in the USA, and since the USA is allowed to have carte blanche throughout the world now, the same is true of the entire world.

Yes, people overseas must also realize that not only is no one safe in the USA, but no one is safe anywhere in the world—- as long as the Mark Swanners, or the George Bushes, are allowed to walk freely despite their actions of torture, killing, or the ordering of torture and murder. As Mark Swanner is one rare instance where the people of the USA, and the world, know about this one CIA torturer-murderer, every government and indeed every citizen of the world should take appropriate action.

The Air Force One Flyover of NYC: Likely Scenario & Outcomes

On the morning of April 27, a low flying Air Force 747 closely “accompanied” by one (or more) Air Force F-16 jet(s) caused widespread hysteria and evacuations in NYC. The regime has put out nothing but obvious lies about this incident. These lies include the (changing) reason(s) for the Flyover—a photo-op over the Statue of Liberty, and also a “training mission”—- and who was and wasn’t notified ahead of time.

Much of the flap that appeared in the MSM included Mayor Bloomberg’s office saying they were not notified ahead of time, as they should have been. The MSM then played up the alleged hysteria and evacuations of large office buildings in NYC, and elsewhere in the Metro NY area that occurred. This hysteria was allegedly due to the fear of the masses from the aftermath of the events of 9/11/01.

Some of the Regime’s lies are easy to disprove. Wikipedia itself reveals that Air Force One does not usually fly with fighter jet escort(s). "Air Force One [AF-1] usually does not have fighter aircraft to escort the presidential aircraft over the United States, but this has occurred. In June 1974, while President Nixon was on his way to a scheduled stop in Syria, Syrian fighter jets intercepted Air Force One to act as escorts. However, the Air Force One crew was not informed in advance and, as a result, took evasive action including a dive." Note how the last sentence indicates that over NYC, the pilot took evasive action to get away from the F-16(s), as some eyewitnesses reported AF-1 dived at one point. Also some photos show at least one F-16 very close to AF-1 at times—- far closer than need be for taking photos. It is reasonable to assume that such proximity may have been to facilitate hand signaling between the pilots. And as far as the official “reasons”: The Regime could have had its many photo alterers at the CIA, NASA, FBI, NSA, Pentagon Intel, etc. use simple software to emplace a shot of AF-1 over the Statue of Liberty. Likewise a training mission doesn’t hold water either, as flying into perhaps the busiest air space in the world for “training” is ludicrous. So something far different and more sinister was likely in play over the skies of NYC that morning.

Laughable also is the President’s and the Secretary of Defense’s public “outcry” over the approximate $330,000 cost of this (Photo-)Op, when they nowadays publicly steal trillions of dollars from the middle class and poor to wage aggressive war around the world against those who never attacked the USA, as well as pay for such events as the nuking of the World Trade Center on 9/11/01.

Now Louis Caldera was—- at the time of the Flyover—- Director of the White House Military Office [WHMO]. He is a graduate of West Point, and holder of MBA and JD degrees. Allegedly his military service ended in 1983, with the rank of Captain. He was also Secretary of the Army (under Clinton). Differing stories appeared after the Flyover as to whether or not he knew about, and/or personally approved of, the mission. (Changing MSM stories are an obvious sign of Intel-controlled media getting different stories from their controllers.) Ultimately—- after first saying he didn’t know about the planned flyover as he was ill—- Caldera took responsibility for the Flyover, and resigned. Now all, or nearly all, previous Directors of the WHMO were military men, and officially Caldera is not. But the American regime has a history that when non-military men have military jobs, but are not officially in the military—- they are usually CIA NOCs, or other Intel operatives. I believe this to be the case here.

Everything depicted in the MSM about the Flyover is meant to distract from the following likely scenarios. Obama was likely on board the big jet. It would be interesting to know if his wife and/or daughters were also. Obama likely flew to NYC to do something, or meet with someone, that his handler(s) had not known about, and/or prior-approved. His handler(s) might include Vice President Biden, who was involved in a nefarious meeting with alleged 9/11 money man, Paksitani ISI [Intel] Chief, General Mahmoud Ahmad, shortly after 9/11, or Hillary (NOC) Clinton, and/or others. The F-16 likely was trying to get Air Force One [AF-1], that is Obama, to either land or go back to Washington D.C., i.e. to abort its mission and itinerary. The AF-1 pilot likely did fly low over the masses of the Metro NYC area, to try to get the F-16 pilot not to blow up AF-1—- as he was likely being threatened with by the F-16 pilot. Either this worked, or the F-16 was never going to publicly blow up AF-1 anyway. Whatever Obama planned on doing, was likely aborted.

Crucially, IMO, as the White House Military Office is involved in this, we must always bear in mind the possibility that something nuclear may have been planned or involved in this matter—- such as the initiation of the use of nukes, perhaps in the Middle East, or even another nuclear event in the USA, such as 9/11 was. If something nuclear was involved, this will never appear in the MSM, or the conspiracy sites which are nearly all also Intel-controlled.

The outcome of this event may be telling. Obama now has one major strike against him in the eyes of his handlers. It is telling what President Kennedy said in the wake of the Bay of Pigs events. As background, he did not back down, and fired the top three CIA officers who were “out of town” during this major CIA action; and took other measures to “shatter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter them to the wind.” But he said, after he realized the PTB had set him up, and had tried to force him to wage a full scale war on Cuba—- which they promised him wouldn’t be the case—- that “they will kill me over the next Bay of Pigs.” So right now the PTB are likely getting Obama’s patsy heavily into his legend. Likely this person, or persons, is/are Arab/Muslim. On the other hand, should they wish to kill Obama, but not with a bullet, they have numerous options. He’s been outed as a cigarette smoker, so a sudden heart attack or such, could be used. I don’t think they want to kill Obama unless absolutely necessary, as I believe he—- and his mother—- are/were lifelong CIA NOCs. And Obama’s Op was, and is, to induce sleep/inaction in the masses, as they have been led to believe he is a liberal, or do-gooder, or some such palaver. And the PTB obviously have put great effort into the legend of Obama, which is why you cannot get his birth certificate or college records and such. Similarly, you still cannot get Oswald’s W-2 (employment/tax) forms. This almost certainly means that Oswald was a U.S. Gov’t Intel agent (CIA, ONI, etc.)

Certainly the PTB will keep a tighter leash on Obama now. We may be seeing the beginning of this now. E.g., on April 24— three days before the Flyover—- Obama’s Administration declared it will not attempt to fight the planned release of more photos of the torture of Iraqis held under American guard in Iraq. But now Obama himself is trotted out to say he is reversing the earlier plan.

In addition to the resignation of WHMO Director Caldera, it will be interesting to see if others will be killed, suicided, etc. Caldera himself may well suffer this fate in the coming months. The AF-1 pilot may not have much life expectancy, possibly even the F-16 pilot as well— if they have released his identity. Note that at first officially, they seemed to want to give the rap entirely to the AF-1 pilot, AF Col. Scott Turner. But then all of a sudden, WHMO Director Caldera resigned. So there are signs of fighting factions at play here. Others in the military (or civilian Govt, etc) that know what really happened, may also be killed in the weeks and months to come. Similarly, Obama’s White House handlers who did not prevent this flight, and/or warn the PTB early enough to prevent the flight from occurring, may suffer the ultimate coup de grace soon. The PTB will likely wait some weeks or months before killing whoever they will kill in this matter—- unless they are unknown publicly, like some of the military people involved. They may already be gone. Should they “do” Obama, they will inform the world with their coveted “33.” This may be with a press conference at 33 minutes past the hour, or the event will occur 133, or 233, days into the Obama Administration, etc. Again I think they would rather not kill Obama himself, as he is an integral part of their plan for their “Final Solution” to the USA and the World that may occur during “his” Administration. They may even decide to kill one of Obama’s family members as they do this often to lower operatives. And in spite of seeming to be “President,” he’s not that high up in reality. Are your flights halted and forced to return home?

Finally, I find it telling that Wiki has removed the most important task from their listing of the White House Military Office’s official set of responsibilities—the facilitation of the President’s initiation of (global) nuclear war. I have detailed the WHMO and its nuclear football handling in the JFK Assassination and the attempted assassination of Reagan here. The WHMO’s actions were conspiratorial to say the least. I also was likely the first to describe what may have been the ultimate reason for killing Kennedy—- as he found out about, and tried to reverse, the military’s actual control of America’s nuclear launch capacity.

It is fascinating that since the 1960’s they have publicly portrayed the use of the nuclear football, but now Wiki leaves this out completely in its article on the WHMO (above). This Gestapo regime has a long history of publicly portraying something as about to happen, when they weren’t ready for it to happen. But when they are apparently ready, they try to hide it. Ultimately it is even possible, as indicated above, that the Flyover may have been part of a scenario to launch nukes, and that OTHERS—- and not the PTB down here, but rather those who have quarantined the PTB down here—- intervened as they have in many events; as I have detailed here in the last couple of years.

One way to possibly distinguish just who intervened regarding the halting of the AF-1/Obama mission may well be to see who, if anyone, is murdered/suicided in the coming months. Because such retaliations are part of the M.O. of the PTB down here, and not the OTHERS/Quarantiners.

Time will tell. But the inexorable move towards the nightmare that may be planned for Humanity in 2012 continues to be countered, to some extent, by the Quarantiners. But we—- as it is our own lives—- cannot count on this. Rather, as the AF-1 pilot realized, the Masses may have Ultimate power to win, if they ever realize it themselves, and then act on this realization.

Downplaying Tasers to Kids

There is a popular kids show called "iCarly", that is on the Nickelodeon channel-- it's geared for young teens. The most recent episode had a very disturbing scene where a boy who is dating the main character Carly, says something like "I better be careful or your brother will tase me". Then Carly's best fried, a tomboy named Sam, says:

"Oh, tasing's not so bad... I got tased once... it's kind of a rush".

This is a blatantly irresponsible thing to have in a kids show, and makes me wonder if this was intentionally put in there to make tasers seem cool and not dangerous to kids. An additional creepy thing was as the Sam character said this, she was standing next to her locker, and in her locker, right behind her head, very obviously, was a Star of David necklace. It was almost as if it was meant to be symbolic for her taser line. The Sam character is not jewish, and thus the presence of the necklace was inexplicable.
