The reason I ask is because of his

interest (preference?) for a certain

activity -- and hence the basis for

a legal defense that, from HIS

perspective, would certainly have been

less injurious to his reputation,

exposure to criminal penalties,

and career prospects in Hollyweird.

That said, I DO realize that some

people might snicker about trying

to negotiate a reduction in the

charges to something less
