Are the Wall Street Protests the Start of a Revolution?
Something seems to be happening that is beyond the normal script-- something real. I've no idea where this is headed but it seems to have some promise. I had hoped for a major protest against the disgusting wars of the American empire, but the anti-banker protests have some of that effect-- they are against the evil status quo, and the bankers promote the wars as much as anyone. I find it interesting that people ARE finally getting upset about the "banksters", and how that the idea of a banking system out of control has some real resonance among lots of people willing to get off their butt and protest...
I am curious how much Anonymous has to do with this, and how much influence they actually have.
But certainly, there is something happening here...

How long will it be before the ptb try to infiltrate the peaceful protests in order to precipitate the violence needed to justify the imposition of martial law?
Peaceful protests will likely be tolerated for as long as is needed to accumulate sufficient innocents in one location to trigger another false flag operation.
In spite of a large number of protesters who are clearly aware of the fact that the greatest threat to the global financial system comes not directly from Wall Street but from the privately owned Federal Reserve cartel, the official “list of specific demands” of the Occupy Wall Street movement makes absolutely no mention of the Fed whatsoever.
By way of reminder lets take a brief look at the Fed’s contribution to the financial black hole the U.S. and the world is now faced with.
Where Is The #OWS Demand To End The Fed?
Good points, both. These protests will probably not go anywhere, or lead to something worse-- but these are also unpredictable and who knows for sure what will happen. The trick is to get enough people on the right side quick enough, and they already have some good allies. Why they don't mention the Fed is a good question; they may be just upset about the greed and the bad economy and not upset so much the money manipulation.
I suspect that the Fed is not being targetted for one of the following reasons:
1) The protests are in reality controlled by the paid minions of the Fed to suit their own goals.
2) The protesters can not see past their own personal pain and suffering to understand that their lives have been completely manipulated by greedy gazillionaires.
3) The protesters are stuck in the mindset that the Fed is a governmental entity and is doing its best to 'save' the USA while the greedy foreign banksters are taking advantage of the Fed and bleeding the US dry.
If the latter is true, I suggest that the MTV generation should look to history to understand their plight a little better.
"Dire Straits" aptly describes where they now find themselves and "Money for Nothing" is the perfect description of how fractional reserve banking got them there.
Sadly, the irony will probably be lost on most.
7 Core Demands from the Occupy Wall Street Movement
1) End the Collusion Between Government and Large Corporations/Banks, So That Our Elected Leaders Are Actually Representing the Interests of the People (the 99%) and Not Just Their Rich Donors (the 1%).
2) Investigate Wall Street and Hold Senior Executives Accountable for the Destruction in Wealth that has Devastated Millions of People.
3) Return the Power of Coining Money to the U.S. Treasury and Return to Sound Money
4) Limit the Size, Scope and Power of Banks so that None are Ever Again “Too Big to Fail” and in Need to Taxpayer Bailouts
5) Eliminate “Personhood” Legal Status for Corporations
6) Repeal the Patriot Act, End the War on Drugs and Protect Civil Liberties
7) End All Imperial Wars of Aggression, Bring the Troops Home from All Countries, Cut the Military Budget and Limit The Military Role to Protection of the Homeland
According to this piece, there are some signs protesting the Fed: http://www.nakedcapitalism.com/2011/09/matt-stoller-occupywallstreet-is-a-church-of-dissent-not-a-protest.html
and obviously #3 there is anti-Federal Reserve.
