Just today, in Germany (note the emergency call was at (9:33 am) and in the US (in Alabama).
Many other gun rampages in recent weeks.
If I was a conspiracy theorist, I might wonder if this was all a part of a plot for the PTB to take away our guns....

In the German news, at the school scene, there are hundreds of police/military types. Usual police plus army looking dudes in green moving in formation, and squads of the usual all-in-black, face masks, huge helmets, mean automatic weapons.

it does seem that way - germany has some of the strictest gun control laws in the world and look how good that did them.
criminals will still have guns even when law abiding citizens no longer have theirs.
as usual, the police did not show up in time to prevent the crime, only clean up the mess.
