Anthrax Attacks-- Still Unsolved

Without going through the details, it seems Ivins WAS involved in some way, either knowingly or unknowingly. Maybe he even mailed some of the envelopes, but a key fact is he had to have someone else make the actual powdered spores-- likely it was an Army bioweapons facility. Another likely possibility is that he was totally set-up as a patsy by a very deeply connected network of military scientists and intelligence officers.
