Credit Card and Debit Card Skimmers
What a clever scam. I had no idea this sort of thing was going on. Recently I had some bogus charges on a credit card, I had no idea where the thieves got the #. I wonder if I used a compromised machine somewhere.

This is a HUGE problem, and has been for several years now. It was reported a few weeks ago that a ring of CC scammers was broken up here in nYc. This is a nationwide problem. Whenever you surrender your CC, and it leaves your sight that's when the person physically holding your card can literally duplicate it.
